SIT Transforming Initiative I: Create a systematic approach to analyzing and using a variety of
assessment data to increase student growth and proficiency.
Central Elementary School will positively impact student achievement by the development of and focus of best
practice instruction, formative assessment with progress monitoring, differentiation of instruction and
intervention through a multi-tiered student support system that supports and engages staff development plans.

Phase I (Year 1)
In Year 1 (2013-2014), we will be

encourages/facilitates the development of student character by incorporating the 7-Habits of Highly
Effective People into the School-Wide Positive Behavior Instructional Supports.
