Given all the things I have read and learned from my inquiry, what connections can I make
among the readings? What do I want to add to the conversation about my question? What
questions do I still have? Beyond the class and instructor, is there a particular target
audience for my work?
Between readings it seems as though a lot of the same conclusions have been made regarding the
psychology of death. Since the topic first became of interest in the field around 1960, all of the
information found still holds true, which I love because it shows that this idea is, and always will
be, relevant. Im still curious as to whether anyone has posed any new theories in the subject. I
havent found anything yet, but considering the significance of the topic, who knows what might
still be out there.
The audience I imagine when formulating my ideas is really the general public. Anyone
who is interested in learning about the subject of death imagery in relation to psychology would
be easily able to get involved in my thesis, understand it, and use it to form their own opinions in
relation to the world and the people around them.
