B) Eligibility Criteria for partners in case of JV (not more than

one JV partners shall be allowed) shall be as under:
The lead partner must fulfil at least 50% of requirements at
1(a) of table in para (A) above and other JV partner
should fulfil at least 30% of eligibility criteria as
indicated at 1(a) of table in para (A) above.
Also the lead partner and JV partner jointly should meet the
eligibility criteria as mentioned in 2.1.11 (A) above.

25. Instrumentation and Control Automation Engineer:
He will be responsible for review and approval of the instrumentation & control, Automation requirements of integration of
SCADA for fully automated Potable & Recycled water supply system, Sewerage network and Industrial effluent network system
and coordinate with respective plants and other stakeholder for the implementation of the same.
He should have the following qualification / experience:
Essential Qualifications.
Graduate in Instrumentation engineering from a recognized University.
Professional Experience of 10 years in Infrastructure & Water and Wastewater Networks and Treatment Plant Projects.
5 years experience in Design and construction of water and wastewater network projects with automation.
Must be familiar with modern trends of design and construction of water and wastewater network, distribution/ collection
systems with PLC and SCADA system.
