YES, I strongly agree with the statement; a manager with all above
responsibilities is an emotional personality. this emotional behavior
creates a synergetic effect, this synergy and motivational aspect
stresses an employee to have focus upon there performance and have
to feel the sense of responsibility and accountability in result, and
leadership is also a managerial key playing role, because its the
leadership skill that make creates a bounding force between the
employees, creating a healthy team work by depatmenting work
activities and have the assent of every innovative perception, that
makes the manager as well as the team members hitting the graph of
success, thus this skill also focus people toward performance not only
performance but the performance with more than the desirable
outcome, see the point is that talent needs a chance to blow, and the
its the responsibility of a manager to create such an environment that
employees focus on the work activities to achieve the thrust of desired
outcomes or even more than that. The assent is that motivation-a
buckupand make a workplace such that all the employees have equal
chances to participate and grow.

Now scenario is changing globally, companies emphasizes


more and more on team working skills, they used to have speakers
because the idea is that they now that when they focus on work
activities by innovating new skills and grounds the desired outcomes
will be achieved.
Lets take example of Japan why is there growth rate is higher than
the other countries, its because that there managers apply an OPEN
SYSTEM POLICY in there workplace, because they know the
importance of achievement of desired outcomes lies in focusing on

the performance

first is shocking for me to perceive that she insists that everybodys
birthday to be celebrated with a cake.and everyone is forever 35.this
part of the article clicks me about the motivational aspect that she wants
to be in every of her employeebecause she knows the fact that
motivation can create a FIRE in the inner being of a persona fire to
achieve more than the desired outcome, thus benefiting each other
Nooyi feels happiness when she has a challenging situation to handle
with it.. She always used GREEN, RED, AND PURPLE just to mark
and underline the word unacceptable 3 times.She become happy when
challenges make her uncomfortable.

Nooyis persona is full of stunning managerial
roles as her past record is concerned she was the one as Wayne calloway
(ceo of Pepsi) picks up that building block and told her that PEPSI
company need her more than GE. And then exactly the right button to

concrete and semantic personality that leads a white CEO to pick an
asian from the odds.

As nooyi is good at interpersonal skills the example here is that she
used to celebrate everyone birthday with a cakeher perceptional to all
tem worker is that every one is forever 35. This is the highest example of
motivational interpersonal skill that she has in her, as she used to have
meetings and suggestions with the other figureheads also she believe
that even a clue can make a deck of the ship. And this role she used is
not only to pump blood to the sales graph as well as loyalty to the brand.
Informational and decisional skills are those crucial elements
for the company as Pepsi is launching a huge product line, can you
imagine company launches 150 flavors of potato chips,55 different
variations in orange juice. Spending( 1.6% of sales) to innovate the
market with new product line it all goes up with the firm and brief study
of market behavior and consumer preferences. As companys sales
graph touches the unexpected figures up to ($39 billion last year) with a
growth rate of 22% from the preceding year.
She keep her employees focused on the companies commitment to its
customers, nowadays commitment is the trust and there are alternatives
in the market to go on with so, she focused her employees to meet up
with the commitments, as she motivates her employees to creep from

them the efficiency towards the performance and the open system in the
company.

IS INDRA A MANAGER:
I strongly agree with the statement but I think the
word manager doesnt fit for her,. in my openion she was not only a
manager but a person have a charisma of an all rounder personality. It
is this charisma who makes her to deserve for the topest brand highest
seat in beverage sector (firstly shes a lady and secondly she is an Asian
guiding and leading the GURUS) it is her managerial skill, managerial
functions and managerial roles that lead her up to that height, its far
from the books to the grounds and streets of U.S, every day with a new
challenge with new opportunities, new horizons, involvement of her in
the company treat each an every issue as like her home, she didnt stuck
her up to a few million dollars at the end of the month but she use to
strive for the company at macro level ,globally, changing trends,
political and environmental issues, she use to be a challenge for the
challenges. Indra possesses all managerial functions
PLANNING:
Planning for the product line what research is on a particular product is
done its launching time, its designing pattern, packaging since she had
planned every aspect from material to customer and towards the
resultant feedback.
ORGANIZING:
Organize the marketing and launching program in such a manner that
both affect the market effectively.
LEADING:
As a figurehead shes leading her team by motivating by focusing her
employees towards the achievement of work

CONTROLLING.
Open system doesnt mean that the employees distort norms and culture
of the company not by her. Thus controlling the system in a systemic
manner.
SKILLS:
The basic skill she possesses in my opinion that she has the skill from
that she can efficiently get the work the companys respective tasks to be
completed on timely basis such that no loose loop remains there to
hinder her performance.
