Army Special Rules


Blessings
A model with this rule has the Hatred special rule, which is also conferred to his unit. Mounts are never affected.
Furthermore, the model can cast three bound spells at power level 3 with the type: Augment, Caster's Unit.
Blessing of Carnage Lasts one Turn. Target can Reroll failed rolls to wound in close combat
Blessing of Fire Lasts one Turn. Target has Flaming Attacks. Any enemy unit in base contact with the target takes
D6 Strength 4 Flaming Attacks hits
Blessing of Divine Intervention Lasts one Turn. Target has a Ward Save (5+) against close combat attacks.
Parent Unit
Units with the Support Units Special Rule are considered Insignificant to units with the Parent Units Special Rule.
Support Unit
A unit with this Special Rule may, when a unit with the Parent Unit special rule is the target of a charge, take one of the
following actions if it is within 6 of the Parent Unit:
1. It may stand and shoot as if it were the target of the charge (applying all usual restrictions for stand and shoot).
2. It may declare a Charge upon an enemy unit which has successfully Charged its Parent Unit (applying all usual
restrictions and rules for Charges). The counter-charge is completed during your opponent's turn, after all charge
movements have been finalized, but before starting the Compulsory Movement Sub-phase.
Orders
Models with this special rule can give up to one order per turn, at the beginning of the turn. To do so, pick a unit with the
Support Unit or Parent Unit special rule the character is inside, and choose one of the following effects. It applies immediately
to the unit and its effects lasts until the beginning of the controllers next player turn. A unit cannot receive the same order
more than once in the same turn:
Go! Go! Go!
: The unit has +2 Movement, but cannot declare charges this turn.
Steady Men!
: When a unit with one or more models with this special rule takes a Leadership Test, roll one additional
D6 and remove the highest rolled D6. Furthermore, if a unit that receive this Order passes a Rally test, it can act
normally for the rest of the turn, except that it cannot delcare charges or make march moves. Furthermore, it counts
as moving for shooting purposes.
Steady! Aim! Fire!
: The unit has +1 to Hit with shooting attacks in the following Shooting phase.
First row, on your knees!
: The unit cannot declare charges this turn and gains the Fight in extra Rank special rule.

Veterans
Heavy Infantry Battalions which upgrade to Veteran status gain +1WS and +1I
Light Infantry Company which upgrade to Veteran status gain +1BS and +1I

Long-barrelled Handgun
Range 48, Strength 4, Armour Piercing (1), Move or Fire, Multiple Wounds (D3), adds +1 to hit when shooting.

Fangsword: 85 points.
Magic Weapon. Type: Hand weapon. Hits made with this weapon wounds automatically and have Armour Piercing (6).

Magic Armour. Gives the bearer a 1+ armour save.

Magic Armour. Type: None (6+ armour save). The bearer has the Fear special rule.
Sacred Armour

Magic Banners
Banner of Sacred Steel:
25 points.

Magical Banner. Wearers unit ignores the movement penalty for using barding. Furthermore, the wearers and his unit can
reroll results of 1 when charging, fleeing and performing an overrun move
Sacred Banner:
50 Points. - Infantry only

Magical Banner. Wearer's, and the unit he joins can never perform an overrun or pursuit move, or choose to flee as a
charge's reaction (except if they fail a Terror test). When calculating the combat resolution, a unit with this banner may claim
Combat Score bonus for Full Ranks up to +5 instead of the normal +3.

Talismans
The Winter Cloak: 50 points.
Talisman. Wearer's has the Distracting and Fireborn special rules. Furthermore, it grants a 5+ ward save.

Enchanted Items
Magic Mirror: 30 points.
Enchanted Item. When the bearer fights in a challenge he must use the following (unmodified) Characteristics of his enemy,
and vice versa: Strength, Toughness, Initiative and Attacks.

The model has +1 Leadership and is equipped with the Fangsword (and may not purchase any other magic
weapons). Furthermore, the model may take a Dragon as a mount.

Seasoned General (10 pts)


The model has +1 Weapon Skill. A single unit of unit of Heavy Infantry may be upgraded with the Veterans special
rule for +1 pt/model. A single unit of unit of Light Infantry Company may be upgraded with the Veterans special rule
for +2 pt/model
