WINDSOR REGIONAL HOSPITAL SALARY DISCLOSURE

In accordance with the Ontario Public Salary Disclosure Act, 1996, Windsor Regional Hospital is releasing its report, which
lists all employees who earned in excess of $100,000 in salary and their taxable benefits for the 2009 calendar year.

Windsor Regional Hospital is a large multi-site health service organization providing Acute Medical and Surgical Services
including Emergency, Family Birthing Centre, Neonatal Intensive Care, Paediatrics, Critical Care, Regional Cancer
Services, Family Mental Health, Complex Continuing Care, Rehabilitation and Long Term Care.

Being the largest healthcare facility in the Erie St. Clair LHIN with 719-beds, a staff compliment of over 3,100 employees
and a budget of $300 million, Windsor Regional Hospital is developing as a major teaching hospital in association with the
University of Windsor and Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry.

Both non-union and union salaries have been based on a survey of comparable hospitals in order to determine an appropriate
and fair compensation program based on the responsibilities at Windsor Regional Hospital. There are 41 individuals on the
disclosure list for 2009, 12 are unionized positions and the remaining 29 are non-union staff. All non-union personnel have
had a pay freeze in 2009. The President and CEO has had a pay freeze since November 2007.

"Windsor Regional Hospital is one the largest community teaching hospitals in the Province of Ontario by bed size, number
of employees and operating budget but has a small number of employees, one (1%) percent above the threshold of $100,000
earnings. This fiscal restraint with respect to compensation will continue in the near future as a result of the compensation
measures being announced in the 2010 Ontario Budget" stated Dr. Wilf Innerd, Vice Chair of the Board for Windsor
Regional Hospital.
