Los Restauradores ARTECHE han sido diseados de acuerdo a
las Normas ANSI C37.60, IEC 62271-111, NMX-J-517-ANCE,
IEC 61000-4, IEC 60255, y a las ISO 9001 relativa al proceso
productivo. Todos los certificados estn a disposicin del Cliente.

Aplicacin
El Restaurador ARTECHE tipo smART RC realiza la reconexin
y puesta de nuevo en servicio de las lneas areas de distribucin,
y constituye una pieza fundamental en los programas de
automatizacin de las mismas, consiguiendo una drstica
reduccin de los ceros de tensin y su duracin.
Con distintas opciones de automatismo y proteccin en su
control, el equipo resulta absolutamente adecuado para utilizarse
en la cabecera de las lneas o en los ramales ms importantes.
Mediante el uso de estos Restauradores, se puede conocer con
precisin el estado de las lneas, sus parmetros, cargas (A, W,
VAR), tensiones (V), frecuencia (f), etc...; de forma que se
determina no slo la situacin de la lnea, sino tambin sus
faltas y la evolucin de las mismas.
Adems la proteccin permite programar varias tablas de ajuste
y pulsadores personalizados, adecuando con toda rapidez el
ajuste y la actuacin del Restaurador ante cambios de
configuracin en la lnea.
La posibilidad de comunicacin del controlador y su programa
soporte, permite gobernar este Restaurador de forma remota y
obtener sus mximas prestaciones.

ARTECHE Reclosers have been designed according to

ARTECHEs Type smART RC Reclosers provide the reconnection
in overhead distribution electrical lines with the assistance of
innovative ARTECHE automated programs to dramatically improve
systems reliability and performances.
Automation, protection and control options ensure that the
equipment is ideal for use in substations or on primary distribution
electrical circuits.
These Reclosers allow the user to quickly determine the exact
status of the lines on voltage, current, frequency, phase angle,
power flow and event logs, and thus determines not only the
present status of the line, but also its fault condition, event
history and oscillographic information.
smART RC Recloser controls also allow programming protection
via several selection criteria and configurable control buttons as
the equipments configuration and performance adapts itself to
changes in line configuration.
With a broad array of communications capabilities, the control
scheme can be modified remotely through standard
communications infrastructure or locally via built in serial ports.
Similarly, it can be interrogated remotely or locally for electrical
parameter status and event history. Built in communications
facilitate the Reclosers integration into existing SCADA systems.

Descripcin
El Restaurador est formado por un cuerpo metlico, sobre el
que se montan los interruptores, con aislamiento en resina
cicloaliftica de gran longitud de fuga, apta para los ambientes
ms contaminados.
En los mismos cuerpos de resina donde van los interruptores se
montan sensores combinados para medidas de V e I de gran
precisin que permiten captar las seales elctricas para su
medida y posterior tratamiento.
El conjunto es autosoportado y facilita su montaje sobre el poste
con toda sencillez.
Un Cuadro de Control TCR autosoportado y accesible con llave
permite maniobrar el Restaurador de una forma muy fcil al
mismo tiempo que se puede recuperar, va puerto RS232, todos
los datos para su posterior anlisis y procesamiento.
En su diseo se han empleado las tecnologas ms modernas
y materiales de calidad contrastada y experimentada:
Corte en vaco.
Accionamiento por actuador magntico.
Aislamiento slido en resina cicloaliftica altamente
resistente a las agresiones medioambientales (UV).
Controles electrnicos.

Description
An aluminium or steel housing contains the Reclosers mechanical
elements and supports the interrupters (encapsulated in a proven
solid cycloaliphatic epoxy resin with high creepage distances).
This epoxy resin is equally suited to high UV applications, or high
altitudes and highly polluted environments and has been proven
over decades of experience in the utility industry.
Metering current transformers and voltage sensors are incorporated
in the same resin housing of the interrupters offering voltage
and current measurement of the fundamental frequency signals
and harmonic values. This allows precise standard overcurrent
protection and also frequency and harmonic sensitive tripping
for special needs.
The Reclosers self-supported TCR Type control box is accessed
using a key, with dual locks located under padlockable covers,
ensuring its security. The vented control box is designed to provide
a weather-tight enclosure to the protect the electronics. All
processing information can easily be recovered through a RS232
serial port.
The Recloser is designed with state-of-the-art control technology
accessed by an special key and dual locks:

La medida de la tensin aguas abajo del punto de corte permite
controlar las reconexiones con mayor seguridad, ante posibles
autogeneradores o grandes mquinas conectadas a la lnea.
Una sola batera estanca de plomo cido, lo que permite su
fcil reposicin en cualquier mercado; adems la fuente de
alimentacin conmutada de alta frecuencia hace posible la
obtencin de datos relativos al estado de la batera, su carga
til, etc.
