Information

The undersigned accuses Pedro Manloloquo for the crime of Falsification of

Public Document, committed as follows:
That sometime on March 1, 2013, in the city of Mandaue, Philippines, and within
the jurisdiction of the Honorable Court, the said accused, being then the cashier of
PAGIBIG of Mandaue City, as represented by Jaimes Reidy, its district supervisor, did
then and there feloniously commit Falsification of a Public Document of the Official
Receipt No. 1853 in the following manner: said accused in the possession of the payment
of Nineteen Thousand Five Hundred (P19,500) pesos from certain Juan Navictima and
the Pink Copy of Official Receipt No. 1853 issued to the latter, feloniously and with
intent to defraud and damage Juan Navictima made alterations and untruthful statements
in the Pink Copy of Temporary Receipt No. 1853, by altering the name of the client and
making it appear that it was issued only for the amount of P1,950 when in truth, as
accused knew very well, the said receipt was for the sum of P19,500 for the account of
Mr. Juan Navictima. Said falsification was committed by the accused to enable him to
feloniously convert and misappropriate the difference between the amount of P19,500
received by the accused, as stated in the White Copy of Receipt No. 1853, and that
amount of only P1,950 actually delivered to Mr. Juan Navictima, which the accused
made appear in the said Pink Copy, thereby defrauding and damaging the private
complainant in the amount of P17,550, Philippine Currency.
