I understand that you have purchased the drive from flipkart. I would like to inform you that the reason for the rejection of your drive is that the top cover mismatch with base
plate and also few components from the drive has been changed. Hence, we will not be able to help you with warranty support with this drive. Thereby, I would request you to
contact your point of sales.

Please intimate the exact ground on which you have rejected the warranty on my hard disk.
what you have furnished are the general guidelines for rejection of warranty. I have purchased the
external hard disk through online from flipkart. As mentioned in your packing instruction I have opened the cover and send the
drive alone for replacement. I wonder how you can reject the warranty. If you are not replacing the disk , I shall forced to go for consumer court for getting my hard disk replacement
