LAST YEAR PROJECT :COMPANY NAME:- SYNNOVA GEAR TRANSMISSION AND PVT. LTD.
TOPIC:- Ovality occurred during heat treatment process in gear.
Gear production is very much interesting area of research in todays
industrial requirement as there might be large population of fast growing
automotive industries, facing number of quality problems such as, run-out,
ovality, diameter over pitch(D.O.P), shrinkages of I.D. and there are many
more.
When we performing heat treatment operation the component is heated so
much that it should change its shape . Its major axis is reduced and minor
axis is pull in downward direction.

Attending one day seminar on RAPID PROTOTYPING TECHNOLOGY AND

ITS APPLICATIONS ( Additive Manufacturing Techniques ) , organized
jointly by Space Society of Mechanical Engineering (SSME) , Om Engineering
College Junagadh & Gujarat Technological University Ahmedabad.
Actively participated in MANIFEST14 , held at Om Engineering College ,
Junagadh.
Attending 3 day seminar on NATIONAL ROBOTICS CHAMPIONSHIP
(NRC)CODUCTED BY ARK Technosolutions in om engineering college,
Junagadh.

ACADEMIC PROJECTS UNDERTAKEN

Wind and solar hybrid system ( During 4th Semester ) :Through this
system we can produce more amount of electricity but main advantages is that
when one system is produced less power at that time another system maintain
power equally.
Inline inspection and segregation system ( During 6th Semester ) :It
is a automation system. Through sensors we can calibrate the true product and
it is used mass production industry.
