HI Guy, Please find the list of ongoing activities update:

DUW30 deployment: The process, Talkpool does the activity at night for
DUW30 installation/commissioning and put site ON Air & updates RF. In turn
with every batch of 5 or 10 sites we request for the new LKF.Once new LKF
received, need to load on the site & accordingly parameter changes are
required. Totally 39 DUW 30 were there in BoQ however only 37 received from
E/// W/H.. Out of 37, one DUW 30 is faulty & remaining under deployment
planEven HDO470 trial deployment also need to be considered to swapped
with any other site on the list..There are some sites which belong to
Camusat, so need to understand the process and required installationRefer

Improved compressed mode: Totally 110 sites only can be deployed with the
given feature and of which, 10 sites already working with the feature on last
trial. The recent prepared list by GUY should be considered for further
enabling of the feature.RNC already feature installed, and need to request
new LKF from Sefton for attached sites (Except 10 already implemented
sites), and then request BSS to implement the feature.

Totally 20 cells chosen for 8-W RUs upgrade based on DOB visit.Please
remember the steps:
a After 80w upgrade,, please check on cabx for RUS, license of 80W thru
INVH & upgrade maxtotaloutputpower to 80W ..
b Change the maximumtransmissionpower as that of maxdlpowerbality
after the upgrade.
c Save the CV.
Till now 14 cells completed and I have upgraded/corrected all 14 cellsPls
refer sheet Resource upgrade_DOB Visit_revised 20 cells with F1
preffered and needs RU swap..

EuL 2ms implementation: Around 160 sites implemented.. Ernst to cross

check, on the implemented sites as any pending ..Remainig will do once the
CEs are upgraded as per new BoQ.Please refer EuL 2ms TTI_ Trial cluster
5 HS limiting: Keep monitoring Skyet or even a template to generate HS
limiting, Any site has consistent HS/EuL limiting > 30, should be requested to
Tx for the checks on BW addition or fluctuation
6 Packet Error: Ernst to check the shared template.
7 Ernst to generate new mobatch for checking maximumTransmissionPower
(RNC) &
maxdlpowercapability(Node B). Very very important
checks,,, Both the value should be similar,..
8 BoQ: Derrick is mostly aware of BoQ. Which has 110+ 170 sites request and
the required upgrade.
9 Most of the group recommendation tuning has been performed .few are
pending, can be taken up later.
10 PS IRAT disable request for RNCHX02 has been raised, pls follow up
11 COW030 height need to be raised, present height doesnt have its Antenna
lobe on to the required spot..
