Teaching.
Having acquired sufficiently requisite training, it becomes extremely important to
transfer the knowledge to subordinates. Therefore, result oriented teaching skill rather
became part of service. This experience is stretched over complete span of service.
English, being the official language of Army, always remained primary medium of
communication at all forums like central gatherings, various discussion forums and
presentations at Army wide Institutions.
Office Management. Throughout military carrier, one of the basic requirement of daily
routine remained the office management that included product oriented tasking with available
resources.
Staff Officer. This was an assignment throughout the service with different level executives to
conduct Superior Officers of the rank of Brigadier to Lieutenant General. The responsibility
demanded a heavy deal of co-ordination, protocol and efficient execution.
Transport Management and Logistics.
Army as a force maintains the biggest fleet of
Mechanical Transport, control and management of which has been delegated to its various
Headquarters and Units. As Staff Officer in Units and Divisional and Corps Headquarters,
managing the transport and its maintenance with judicious utilization always remained a
principal assignment.
