Dislocated from your purpose and design. Ten Signs of Spiritual Abuse Anyone who hears God for you, God goes through them to speak to you. You are always less than they are Anyone who alienates, or shuns and ignores you when you don’t adhere to their guidance, or leadership. Usually very subtle so that it is easy to deny. Something might happen to you. Words like, “I’m worried about you, are you alright, be careful. • Anyone who rewards your obedience with inclusion, but punishes your questioning or resistance with their withdrawal. Six Degrees of Separation Part V • Anyone who constantly demands the “total truth” from you in regards to every detail of your life or else you must be hiding something that hinders your spiritual growth. • Anyone fixated on their title. They have trouble with normal pathology, in all situations maintain their title and position. A constant reminder of you they are versus who you are. Six Degrees of Separation Part V • Anyone who continually leaves a trail of cut off relationships, that trail usually consist of those who refuse to bow, submit or stand in awe of them. • Anyone who makes you choose between them or nothing as a platform • Anyone who sees “God’s call” to the degree that they are unteachable, they view any signs of resistance as from the enemy. Relationships are disposable in light of their work for God. Six Degrees of Separation Part V • Anyone who continually reminds you of your emotional or physical need, they keep you in that state instead of allowing God’s word to have the preeminence. Keeping you broken so that you will depend on them.
