Summary
As a communications graduate, Rissia gained an initial picture of the corporate
world and an exposure to Indonesia's media environment through hands-on experien
ce in the various line of industries she has invested her time in. She is partic
ularly keen in learning how the exercise of effective communication strategies b
etween a company and its stakeholders is kept in lieu with present trends, while
still thriving towards commercial success.
An enthusiastic person with good people skills, Rissia has a constant willingnes
s to learn more and an openness to new endeavors or experiences. She enjoys work
ing as a team player in a multi-task environment across departments and organiza
tional levels.
While the extensive study of communications and its practice is her prime object
ive today, her cross-disciplinary interests in culture, literature, beauty, musi
