JobDescription DraftingofspotandtermoilandLNGsaleandpurchasecontracts/contract
responses/confirmationnotices.
Reviewingandensuringincomingcontractsaccuratelyreflectthetermsagreedasrecorded
andarefitforpurpose.
Draftingcounterstocontracts/responsesreceived,seekingadvicefromanddiscussingwith
Tradersand/orCommercialAdvisors,ifnecessary.
ProactivelymonitoringamendmentsmadebyTradersanddraftingamendments,ifrequired.
Proactivelyfollowingupandensuringthatcontractconfirmationsaresentandreceivedin
timelyfashion.
Reviewingand,ifnecessary,checkingtheuseofnonstandardwordingincontractswith
theCommercialAdvisors.
Draftingandeditingstandardmastersalesandpurchaseagreementsinconsultationwith
CommercialAdvisors.
Maintainingacompleteelectronicdealrecordincorporatingcontractdocumentsand
amendmentsandarecordofappropriateauthoritiesobtained.
Trackingofandarrangingforexecutionofcontractualdocumentationasrequiredandin
consultationwithCommercialAdvisors.
Draftingmutuallyagreedcontractformatswithcounterparties,inconsultationwith
CommercialAdvisors.
ProactivelycreatingandmaintainingcontracttemplatesinconsultationwithCommercial
Advisors.

Recordsmanagementofhardcopycontracts.
Requirements

FluentinspokenandwrittenEnglish
RequiredtoworkaMondaytoFridayworkweek
Experienceofdraftingorreviewingcontractsisrequired,preferablyinacommercial/trading
environment
