A Note on the bending machine

- Wear protective equipment such as the safety helmet and safety

shoes when cutting roof tile.

- Theres a risk of cutting fingers. Place hands far from

cutter.
- It will be easily cut when roof tile is flattened by hammer.
- Align roof tile with cutter and hit with force to cut evenly
and easily.

right foot

- Place bending machine on a flat surface.
- Hold the roof tile firmly with controller of under bender
and bend freely.

4. Bending process of roof tile

1) Upper Bender

- Align bending part of roof tile
or accessories with upper bender.
Have some space for object.

Push the object into the upper bender.

Hold the object with the handle of upper

bender.

- Put the object into the under bender.

Take a close look at the bending direction

and bending part.

Align bending part with under bender and

work the controller.
With descending, the under bender holds the
object.

Pull the handle of upper hand to hold the

object.

Make a shape by pushing object to bending

direction.
Keep holding object with hand even if
bending machine holds the object.
- Make a shape by ascending/descending the object to wanted direction.
