Subject to rent increases given in accordance with the Westbank First Nation Residential Premises By-Law.
It is agreed and understood that this tenancy is a month to month tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant. The Tenant agrees to abide
by the Westbank First Nation (WFN) Residential Premises By-Law, Amendments and Regulations thereto, any and all other WFN ByLaws
in effect now or in the future, and the Rules and Regulations of WVMHP. Failure to comply to any of the fore mentioned by-laws or
regulations could result in a Notice of Termination of Tenancy.
The words Tenant and Landlord in this tenancy agreement have the same meaning as in the WFN Residential Premises By-Law, and the singular
of these words includes the plural. In this tenancy agreement, the words manufactured home pad have the same meaning as the words
residential property in the WFN Residential Premises By-Law.
Any dispute, controversy or claims arising out of or relating to this contract or the breach or termination thereof shall be settled via the WFN
Residential Premises Administration Process, or in its absence, by a single arbitrator under the Rules of the British Columbia Arbitration
and Mediation Institute, and shall be held in British Columbia.

This agreement is assigned from the previous owner. All rent increases are passed along to new buyers.
Attached to this tenancy agreement, there is an Addendum consisting of 3 pages of 15 additional terms which are the Park Rules and Regulations
that form part of this tenancy agreement, together with 4 pages of 19 deemed to be terms of every tenancy agreement as set out by the WFN
Residential Premises By-Law, Section 4 (1).
The Tenant(s) acknowledge receiving a copy of Park Rules and Regulations and hereby agree to abide by them, and any further amendments that
may be agreed to by the Tenant, and / or Local Park Committee and Landlord, and added in the future.
