Electrical Control Panel

Our scope as detailed above is limited to supply

of Electric winch works. In case you require our
service support towards supervision of
mechanical installation of the winch and our
presence at the time of commissioning or trials
of winch requisite support can be offered at extra
cost for which the proposal can be furnished on
request.
Reverse Forward application and other
parameters shall be provide in the panel.

Annexure B

Price Terms and condition:

The basic Price of the Electric Winch 8 Ton Capacity is Rs. 285000/- (Rupees Two Lac Eighty Five
Thousand Only) for each.
If VFD Variable Frequency Drive require then will charge addition cost 47000.

Terms and Conditions:

The price quoted above are on ex-works Thane in un-packed condition.
Taxes and duties :
VAT would be applicable @ 12.5 %.

Freight :
Freight would be borne by you.
Delivery:
2-3 weeks from the date of receipt of your technically and commercially clear order for
Winch along with the advance.
Payment Terms:
i.50% of the order value as advance along with Purchase Order.
ii. Balance 50% along with 100% payment towards taxes and duties on intimation of
readiness / after inspection at our works but prior to dispatch.
Validity :
Our offer would be valid for a period of 15 days from this date, thereafter the same would be
valid only against our written confirmation.
Guarantee:
The equipment would-be guaranteed for a period of 12 months from the date of dispatch for
defective use of material and workmanship only. The guarantee however does not cover
accidental damages and damages due to mishandling or abuse of the equipment supplied and
that towards design / process performance. The guarantee for electrical / electronic
components would be as offered by the manufacturer / supplier.
