Sarjana di Kesehatan Masyarakat/Keperawatan/Farmasi dengan minimal pengalaman 2 tahun
di bidang terkait. Diutamakan bagi yang mempunyai latar velakang di Asuransi Jiwa.
Major Claim Analyst - Supervisor
Responsible to Analyzing and approval non hospitalization claim (Life, Accident, Critical
Illness, Disability). Give the guidance and solution for problem case. Handling complain &
error monitoring. Monitoring productivity and pending case regularly. Improvement of
product, system & medical knowledge. Process referral case to Reinsurer, and As a medical
advisor.
Bachelor Degree in Medical Doctor. Having Experience in Life Insurance Company. Having
knowledge in claim process, policy provisions and It would be better if fluent in English

Corporate Facility Services (CFS)
General Services Senior Officer
Manage security system and guard including first aid and safety in the office premises.
Bachelor degree in any discipline. Minimum 3 years in General Affairs services.n).
Corporate Marketing & Communications
External Communications Senior Officer
This role will help maintain the quality and consistency of the communications materials
issued to external stakeholders and act as the go-to-person in liaising with respective
departments and functions for matters pertaining daily / routine external communications
materials, in order to build and maintain Companys image and reputation among external
stakeholders as well as support the goals, objectives and mission of the Company. Bachelor
degree in English Literature, Communications, Journalism or other related disciplines. Min.
2-3 years experience in journalism, writing and / or corporate communications. Having
insurance background is an advantage. Proficiency in written and spoken English and Bahasa
Indonesia.

Graphic Designer - Officer


Prepares art works to support advertising and promotional programs for internal Prudentials
purposes. Develops and recommends art concepts and also participate in corporate marketing
programs & events. Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) in Graphic Design or other related disciplines
from reputable university. At least 2 year experiences in doing in-house design preferably in
an insurance/marketing company. Have a very good creativity, command (verbal and written)
of English, good communications and interpretation skills.
Promotion, Events & Convention - Senior Officer
Responsibility:
To assist Corporate Marketing Manager in the area of Advertising & Promotions program,
Events, Convention Trip & Project Management.
Job Specification:
Graduated from a reputable university
Min 3 years experience in Event Organizer or Marketing promotion
Strong analytical and leadership skills
Possess very good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to deal with people at all levels
A good team player who is able to work under minimum supervision
Having an action oriented and positive attitude
Detail oriented, reliable and self-motivated

Business Continuity Plan to Regional Corporate Integrity in order to comply the regulation of
Regional Office and Head Quarter Office. Bachelor degree with Major Information
Technology or Electronic Engineering or similar. Min 8 years experiences handling Business
Continuity and Information Risk or IT Security Engineer or Risk management or other IT
roles.

HR Corporate - Learning & Development Administrator
Responsible to support the Head of Learning & Development in performing administration
and support for learning and development activities in accordance to staff development
program. Min. Bachelor degree (S1) in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering or
others. Min. 1 years experiences in human resources administration. Fresh graduates with
strong Computer literate skill are welcome to apply. Detail oriented and ability to deal with
multiplies tasks. Computer literate, especially with Ms.office. Fluent in both oral and written
English.
HR Administrator Staff
Responsible to provides administrative support to HR team across the full range of HR work.
Assists Human Resources Department to coordinate and administer a variety of programs and

maintaining up to date employee information

2 years experiences in handling payroll in company with more than 500 employees. Fresh
graduates with strong Ms. Excel skill are welcome to apply. Computer literate, especially
with Ms. Excel. Strong accuracy, detail oriented and high integrity. Fluent in both oral and
written English. Good knowledge about overtime calculation, Jamsostek, Pph 21.xperience of
Human Resources administration.
