Chief Human Resources Officer
As the global leader for the human resources function reporting to the CEO, advise and mentor senior leaders
on complex HR management issues. Coordinate closely with members of executive committee to proactively
manage change, monitor progress toward strategic organizational goals, evaluate organizational performance
and continually improve performance.
In support of a major organizational turnaround, developed a three-year human capital strategy and road map
that reinvented the HR function. Drove significant improvements to people, systems, processes, and
technology. As a result, increased revenue and improved EBITDA.
Established and implemented an enterprise performance management system, a revamped compensation
program with annual merit and variable pay based on performance, and a learning and development strategy
and programs for all employees.
Supported M&A due diligence and implementation of human resources integration of transactions. Led the
integration of multiple businesses acquired by the company prior to 2012 by establishing integration plans
focusing on people, systems and policies.
Successfully led several strategic HR initiatives that improved employee engagement, development and
retention with a team of 6 direct reports and 20 professional staff with minimal voluntary attrition.
Built talent acquisition capacity by developing a pool of in-house recruiters with skills to hire using social
media and contemporary job portals. Recipient of the Hire Power Award of INC Magazine, as one of the 500
Biggest Job Creators in 2013. Achieved cost per hire of $800/hire, which is significantly more efficient than the
$1,500/hire industry benchmark.
Personally led the search for senior hires such as Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief
Technology Officer and Chief Sales Officer using internal and external search consultants. About 70% to 80% of
all new positions sourced externally were recruited by in-house recruiters without the assistance of placement
firms.
Established a robust talent assessment and succession planning system to enable a strong feeder pool of
talent from within ensuring a strong pool of in-house talent to support succession planning and current/future
operations.
Championed the development and launch of a new Learning Management System (LMS) to provide training to
employees globally on an anytime, anywhere basis. The new LMS enabled the organization to reduce the
cycle time of training per employee from 10 to 5 days, to reduce the overhead costs by 60% (compared to how
much it would cost to conduct the training manually), to publish real-time metrics on training time/employee,
assessments, and certification, as well as to better understand the impact of training on employee
productivity.

Successfully established an international relocation competency with staffing and expertise on US work permit
(visa) processing to enable short term and long term relocations resulting in 20 plus moves cost effectively.
Established a scorecard to track, monitor and report key drivers of HR performance on hiring trends, lead
times, cost and quality of hires, benefit costs, incentive pay, headcount, employee attrition, employee
satisfaction scores, course/training completion, and impact on productivity.

Director Human Resources
Senior HR Business Partner for corporate functions and shared services reporting to SVP Human Resources.
Led a transformational organizational change that drove a net reduction of 200 headcount while hiring more
than 100 highly skilled professionals in shared services while implementing a $200M Enterprise Resource
Planning (ERP) initiative. Consolidated shared services locations from three to two realizing a $4M cost
reduction.
Developed and implemented a talent management strategy to develop and attract senior leaders and retain
top talent. Successfully created HR solutions across multiple markets and managed several international
moves of top talent from Europe, Asia and South America to the US and Canada as well as from North America
to other countries.
Provided project management support during implementation of the ERP system within the shared services
center. Created a transition plan and future organizational structure that would bridge the shared services
center to the desired end state. Using the new ERP system, the shared services center achieved a $15M
savings per year. Further, the system enabled the organization to produce accurate and timely financial
reporting required by the Board of Directors.
