RWS Cargo Delivery Notice (CDN)

Guideline for Delivery:
Guide
Vendor/Supplier to complete the CDN Form Section A & B, scan and email to
RWSLogistics@RWSentosa.com . See next slide for the guide.
Please always use the latest CDN for submission. Current version 9, CAA 25th Nov 2014.
With effect from 01/01/10 - without approved CDN (number), delivery will be rejected. Cut off
time for next day delivery will be 1700hr (the day before).
Strictly follow the RWS delivery instruction and direction.
Please submit the Cargo Delivery Notice at least (CDN) 24 hour prior delivery, late
submission will be subject to the resources availability.
CDN will be only process after midnight, Resorts Logistics shall response back to requestor
the next day early morning via e-mail.
Please submit only ONE CDN per day for multiple location and delivery timing.
State clearly the actual delivery location and date.
First/new comer call Resorts Logistics POC before delivery, Resorts Logistics will guide the
driver into the IR.

Bring the CDN along during delivery.
Inform respectively BU and buyer on the approval delivery date and time for receiving.
All D/O need to be endorsed and stamped by Receiving team at the respective loading bay.
All D/O without endorsement and stamped by Receiving will be considered invalid. No payout
from Finance.
Delivery timing will be from Monday to Friday, 0700hrs to 1730hrs.
After office hour please proceed direct to Basement 2 Loading Bay K (B2-K). Contact
Receiving Duty Line at 8140-7679.
Please indent the request of material handler equipment at least 4 hour prior requested time
via Resorts Logistics on-site POC.
All bulky, heavy, construction and build up/tear down material are ONLY allow after 11pm till
7am into the operational area.
