According to this Training Agreement, the Employee should pass a trial period of 15 days and a
training period of 30 days in the beginning of his/her employment.
The Company shall perform all direct and indirect responsibilities and duties in relation to the
Training Agreement and employment itself. The Employee shall strictly follow all the provisions
stipulated in this Training Agreement and/or any other document supplementary hereto.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PARTIES:
The Employee undertakes to:
Perform all tasks with maximum responsibility, commitment and attention. The tasks will be
stated in the Duty Instructions and specified by Personal Supervisor of the Employee.
Strictly follow all recommendations and tasks given by his/her Personal Supervisor.
Within the limits of his/her power and responsibility, to ensure the Companys property safety
and the safety of other employees, goods and items belonging to the customers.
Prepare and provide daily reports to his/her Personal Supervisor about performed tasks or any
other higher authority.
The Employer undertakes to:
Appoint for the Employee his/her Personal Supervisor for successful passing of the trial and the
training periods mentioned herein.
Provide the Employee with an all needed environment suitable for training and working such as
necessary equipment, facilities and resources.
Pay salary according to the terms and conditions specified in the Employment Agreement.
COMPENSATION
During the trial period (15 days), the training period (30 days) and after them, the employee will
receive remuneration as follows:
The trial period (15 days) and the training period (30 days): the payment will count to 10$ for
one package. The payments will be done once in 15 days.
Furthermore, according to the results of the trial and training periods, the employee will be paid
a bonus in the amount of 1500$.
From the second month of the work, after the trial and training periods have been passed, the
employee will be paid 20$ for a package. The payments will be made once in 15 days. Also,
once in two weeks, the employee will be paid a bonus in the amount of 2500$ after the employee
has performed his duties according to the tasks specified.
The employee can select any convenient method of payment, such as:

NOTE: The bonus checks are sent via a separate check automatically upon performance of at
least 80% of the work and are not taxed.
WORKING SCHEDULE
During the training period, the Employee will have a five-day working week with two days-off.
Also, it can be both full and part-time working schedule.
TRAINING TERMINATION
Employees employment with Company is at-will. That means that the Parties may terminate the
Employees employment at any time, for any reason, or for no reason at all, upon written notice
sent to the other Party 5 days in advance. In any case, the Parties may be required to carry out
their duties before the termination date. The termination notice should be sent:
