Dear John,
We are pleased to extend this offer to you to join Zomato USA LLC as a Content Associate I Austin effective June 10th, 2015.
Your starting compensation will be $16.83 per hour ($35,000.00 annualized) and participation in
the benefits we offer generally to our employees, a schedule of which will be provided to you.
Our payroll is processed on a bi-weekly schedule to be paid on Friday, every other week. All
compensation
and
benefits
are,
of
course,
subject
to
change.
Zomato USA LLCs normal business hours are 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Your position is hourly and
your schedule will be provided to you by your supervisor. You will be expected to record your
actual start and end times each day, as well as the start and end times of your meal breaks. You
will be provided with and expected to take an unpaid meal break each day, as well as rest breaks,
in accordance with applicable law.
By signing below you acknowledge that you are not relying on any promises or statements that
are not set out in this offer letter in deciding to accept our offer of employment.
It is a condition of this offer that, before starting employment, you will sign a Confidentiality and
Proprietary Rights Transfer Agreement that contains additional requirements for the protection
of Zomato USA LLCs business, a copy of which is enclosed.
In addition, you will be required to read and sign an acknowledgment of receipt of the Employee
Handbook and any applicable state supplement.
We wish to emphasize the importance we place on the proper treatment of any confidential
information with which you may have come into contact in the past. We are offering you this
job based on your skills and abilities and not your possession of any trade secret, confidential, or
proprietary information. We require that you not obtain, keep, use for our benefit, or disclose to

us any confidential, proprietary, or trade secret information that belongs to others, unless the
party who has the rights to the information expressly consents in writing in advance. Also, by
signing below you affirm that you are not a party to any agreements, such as noncompetition
agreements, that would limit your ability to perform your duties for Zomato USA LLC.
The employment opportunity that we offer is of indefinite duration and will continue as long as
both you and Zomato USA LLC consider it of mutual benefit. Either you or Zomato USA LLC
is free to terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause and without
compensation except for time worked. Any statements to the contrary are not authorized and
may not be relied upon. No one except Zomato USA LLCs President has authority to bind us to
an agreement that conflicts with our policy of employment at will, and any such agreement must
be in writing and signed by Zomato USA LLCs President.
We look forward to working with you as part of the Zomato USA LLC team. Please indicate
your acceptance of these terms of employment by signing and returning to me one of the two
copies of this letter and the enclosed Confidentiality and Proprietary Rights Transfer Agreement.
