Recipe of Doughnuts

Directions
1. Take a bowl add sugar, dry east, water, milk, salt, egg, mix it till the sugar melts,
2. Then add all purpose flour, mix it well make in to a dough and kneading for 5 to 7
minutes and add butter again kneading for 3 minutes and rest it for 30 minutes in a warm
place, after 30 minutes give knock back and again rest for 30minutes.
3. Take the dough and with help of rolling pin roll it into inch sheet and cut the doughnuts
with doughnut cutter, transfer in to the tray, then rest for 10 to 15 minutes to rise.
4. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the doughnuts in a slow flame till brown in colour, take in a
serving plate and sprinkle some casting sugar along with cinnamon on it.

Directions
1. Take a bowl add dry yeast to warm milk,sugar, mix well and leave it for 10 min to
dissolve the yeast.In another bowl add eggs beat them then add to yeast mixtur,butter mix
well.
2. Take a big bowl add maida, salt, mixture of beatten egg and yeast add slowly and keep
mixing to form a soft, sticky dough.Knead the dough add 1tps of oil, until smooth and
cover with a kitchen towel, let it rise for 1- 1 1/2 hour untill double in size.After 1 hr turn
the dough out onto a floured work surface, knead untill smoothe,shiny and elastic and rest
it for another 10min.Take a bowl add one egg mix well for eggwash if required can add
water to it and mix it again.
3. Now Divide the dough into small rounds or shapes as required place the rolls on a
buttered baking tray or dish. cover it with a towel for 5 min then brush eggwash the roll.
4. Preheat the oven for 425F/220C bake for 15-20 till golden brown colour.once it is done
then apply butter on top of it.

Directions

1. Take a bowl, add all purpose flour, oats, baking powder, pinch of salt, choco chips, brown
sugar and mix it.
2. Take another bowl add egg, vanilla essence, butter, hunk yogurt and mix nicely.
3. Pour this mixture into all purpose flour mixture and slightly mix it like as shown in video.
4. Take small dumpling and make flat round shape and arrange in a baking tray.
5. Bake it at 180 for 10-15 mins, until colour changes slightly.
6. Now oats choco chips are ready to serve.
