moulding machines, we herewith quote as follows:

Drive Basically our machines consist of a clamp system, an injection system and the control cabinet. The
proportional hydraulics and the computerised control as well as all necessary internal connections are
included. The electrical cabinet and the hydraulics (optional) are protected special against overheat. All
dangerous movements such as closing and opening of the mould are secured by means of special guards
and safety circuits. Accessibility is still provided through a light curtain on the front side (incl. additional light
curtain for protection against reaching below into danger zone). The machines are built according to the
European Guideline (2006/42/EG) and carry the CE-label. They are delivered in 100% functional condition.

The fully hydraulic clamp unit in vertical 4-column execution combined with the MAPLAN FIFO injection unit
offers high stability against deflection. Further on it features fast operating speed, minimum maintenance
costs and reliability due to the fully hydraulic operation.
Electrically heated platens with many T-slots for easy and fast mould mounting together with high quality
insulation plates are an integral part of this clamping unit.
MAPLAN Cool Drive technology connects the benefits of the driving systems of an hydraulic drive with the
energy efficiency of electrical drives and allows a reduction of the primary electrical energy consumption in
the area of the drive up to approximately 70%. Through the discard of oil cooling and strongly reduced idle
power connection a further cost reduction is reached. Another advantage is the obviously reduced noise
emission of the system up to 50%.

This very important part of the machine controls all movements and motions and is responsible for the
accuracy of injecting and clamping, achieved with linear encoder measuring systems. The evaluation is done
with constant cycle times by a "multitasking operation system". The results are absolute repeatability and
close tolerances of the important process parameter. The visualisation is done via an 15" touch screen which
allows an intuitive operation. All entries and settings will be done via touch screen whereas not used process
Parameters are automatically blinded out. Hot keys assist for direct access to pages. The customised design
and a lot of graphic elements provide easiest handling. Extensive alarm and diagnostic functions for prompt
error treatment are standard. The handling is much more efficient, because only on the machine available
equipment (e.g. ejectors, moving platen, brushes, etc.) is displayed. The PC5000touch control provides also
the record of possible process parameter changes and tracings.

Before shipment of your machine, we will carry out extensive tests, which we consider as a "company internal
acceptance trial" and which guarantees you the quality of the product. Also included is a manual-book
executed as CD-ROM (2-fold for Standard-machines / 1-fold for edition-machines) for basic machine
operation, maintenance, hydraulic and electrical schematics as well as a spare part catalogue. Further it is
also included 1 piece of paper- documentation (exlcuding the spare part catalogue) inside the control cabinet.

Limitations: MAPLAN does not provide foundations, platforms, oil fillings, connection to water, waste and
electrical lines. MAPLAN machines are equipped with loading and unloading support devices when shipped.
These devices help you to handle the heavy machine parts easily and place them at your site. Since the
devices, such as eyebolts or shackles, are not included in the machine price, they need to be returned to us
immediately after first installation. Otherwise it will be invoiced separately.

Delivery terms
The delivery condition is FCA Ternitz, acc. to ICC INCOTERMS 2010. Professional packing for any way of
shipment, as well as corrosion-protection is included in the price. If required, our export department will help
you to select the forwarder and will issue all the necessary documents. Further services, e.g. complete
handling of shipping, have to be charged separately.

Delivery Time
16 Wochen (without OPT)
The delivery time has to be understood after order income, technical and commercial clarification, ex works
Ternitz. MAPLAN assures you to keep delivery times and even try to have the machines ready earlier. Subject
to prior sale.

Payment terms
30% down payment against down payment invoice, payable within 14 days from invoice date, net
60% payable two weeks prior to delivery, against written notification of the readiness for shipment and part
payment invoice, net
10% payable 30 days after commissioning, but latest 60 days after shipment (CMR/BL-date), against our total
invoice, net
We kindly request you to effect all payments by direct transfer to our account listed below. All charges, fees
and taxes originating from payment transaction shall be borne by the buyer.

Retention of title
The goods shall remain the sole and absolute property of SELLER as legal and equitable owner until such
time as any amount outstanding in terms of this agreement has been paid, irrespective of the fact that the sold
machinery and equipment has been handed over to the BUYER. It is further agreed between the parties that
in case of any instalments not being paid in full or at all, SELLER shall be entitled to retain any amount paid
by the BUYER as liquidated damages in case of the contract being cancelled.

In case legal registration of ownership is required due to law, the BUYER is obliged to fulfil the registration
proceedings at his costs and to present to SELLER a written proof of such registration before shipment.
SELLER may for the purpose of recovery of their goods enter upon any premises where they are stored or
where they are reasonably thought to be stored and may repossess the same. In case of an attachment or
any other recourse, buyer shall be obliged to claim sellers ownership and to inform the latter without delay.

Warranty
In accordance with our general terms of delivery, we offer a 12-months warranty for all machine parts.
Excluded are damages or defects which are caused by improper using, improper maintenance of the machine
or lightning flash as well as wear and tear parts. The precondition for warranty claims is to keep recommended
maintenance schedule according to the MAPLAN guidelines (manual). The first machine installation and
commissioning has to be done through MAPLAN personnel.
The warranty period starts at the date of commissioning but latest 30 days after shipment (B/L or CMR-date).

Installation and Commissioning

MAPLANs experienced team of technicians will - if arranged - carry out the installation and commissioning for
your new machine and carry out first instruction lessons for your operator. This very important part ensures
you highest efficiency from the beginning on.

The costs for installation and commissioning by our technicians would be charged separately according to the
length of time required (see enclosure). As experience shows the time required will not be more than 4 - 5
days for standard machines.
For additional training courses - even if they are arranged later on - our MAPLAN-education department will
be pleased to arrange the training schedule.
As an option the MAPLAN-service department offers long term service and maintenance agreements on
request, so that possible machine stops are reduced to a minimum.
