Mermaid Nusantara

The SOV Nusantara has a 50 metric tonne SWL

active heave-compensated knuckleboom subsea
crane. This provides true operating capability down
to 1,500 metres water depth. The vessel
accommodates up to 120 personnel. Onboard
facilities include a 700 square metre deck, plus an
elevated helipad at the bow.

Mermaid Subsea Services (MSS) is the operator of

the 80 metre DP2 SOV Nusantara

The SOV Nusantara joined the MSS fleet in 2014 and

became a key vessel for the Group, designed and
built to a high specification for its class. The
Nusantara has a moonpool, a 15-man saturation
diving system plus an air diving system. The
vessel can be fitted with any MSS remotely
operated vehicle.

The Nusantara is ideal for wellhead servicing,

inspection and construction diving, and ROV
support.
