Beforeinstallingyoursoftware,itisbettertoshutdownalltheotherapplication
programs,inordertokeepawayconflictininstallingprocess.

If you do not need to use this softwareanymore, and wantto uninstall itfrom

1.ClosetheAccessControlSoftwarecomplete.

3.Enter[AddandCancelProgram]window,chooseAccessControlSoftware,
andclick[Remove]buttontouninstall.
Like doing this, you still cannot delete all files. You need enter the installation
directoryofthesoftwaretodeletethefolderwherethesoftwareinstalled.

the record list, directly click the head of rank to achieve. Choose a triangle
symbol,whichisbesidethefield,accordingtoascendingordertoarrangewhen

descendingorder.Youcanclickthetrianglesymboltochangetheriseordown
rank.

3.2Statistic
The software can automatically count the total recordsandcountthegrouping
records.

Thisfunctionenablestheusertoimport many formatsofusersdatafile,suchas
MSExcel,MSAccess,DBF,XML,TextFile,CSVfile.Werecommendusingthe
CSVfiletoimport.Thefollowingexampleisusingtextfiletoimportusersdata.

(3) Firstly, choose the field in the fields list as to import, and then select the
corresponding rank inthe right side list. Thefieldslist will automatically attach
the corresponding numberto the nameof field,such asitis, arrange allfields
andcorrespondingrankafterfinishit,movetothenextstep.
Ifyouwanttocancelafield,firstchoosethefield,andthenclickcorresponding
rank,thesoftwarewillcancelthisfield.
(4)Clickthe[Execute]buttontorunimportingoperation.
2.Export:
Thisfunctionenablesthesoftwareexportusersdataviaallkindsofformatthat
thesoftwaresupported.Itisconvenienttosupplyforothersoftwaretouse.

select[Fingerprint]and[UserFace]inthenormalcondition.Iftheinformation
needsnottomodify,itisnoneedtochoose it.

WiegandSettingincludes Wiegandoutputandinputsetting.
Defined Format: Indicates the formats defined and built in the system. User
needs nottodefine the lengthofbit and thelocation of information.There are
four default defined formats: wiegand26 with device ID, wiegand34 with
deviceID,wiegand26withoutdeviceID,wiegand34withoutdeviceID.
Thewiegand26withdeviceIDmeansthatthewiegand26outputformatalong

withdevice IDnumber.
The wiegand26 without device ID means that the wiegand26 output format
doesnotownthedevice ID.
Device ID defined by following: If there is no set of the site code, then it will

site code (which is similar to thedevice ID,they aredifferentthat this code is
definedbyuserandcanbeusedrepeatedly,rangeis0255).
FailID:ExportFailIDafterverificationfailed.Noexportwhenitisnotselect.Its
outputrangeis065534.
Site Code: Similartothedevice ID,thedifferenceisthatuser can definethis
codeanduseitrepeatedlyindifferentunit,rangeis0255.

MustRegisterMifareCard:TherearetwostatusestoregisteraMifarecard,if
thecardwasconfigureto[MustRegister],itisonlytoverifytheuserwhoseID
hasstoredinthe FP device.The userwithout IDnumbercannot verify. Whenyou
choosetheitemas[NO],whetherthereisusersIDinformationinthedeviceor
not,itwillexportaftertheuserandfingerprinttemplateverifiedsuccessfully.
4.5PowerManagement
Click[Power]button,andthenclick [ReadOptions]button,display thefollowing
interface.
Firstly, read the parameter of [Power], modify the state of [Idle Setup] and
minutes of [Idle Time], then click the [Set Options], and restart the deviceto
completesetting.
Whentheidletimeis[0],thentheidlesetupfunctionisinvalid.Whenthevalue
morethan[0],thedevicewillentertheidlestateafterarrivesatthedefinedtime.
Youcanresumenormalworkingstatebypressthebuttononthedevice.

CaptureFingerprint:Youcanusethisfunctiontoviewthefingerprintimage.If
youwanttocheckthefingerprintimage,pleaseplacethefingeronthesensor
window,thenclickthebutton,andwillseethefingerprintimage.
Dateformat:Selectthedateformatinthedowndropmenu,thisdateformatis
thedatedisplayformatonthestartinginterfaceofthedevice.
Voicefunction:Includingvoice,voiceverifies,keypadvoice,youcanchoose
toopenorclose.Youcansetthevoicevolumetoo.Thisfunctionisavailablein
theFPdevicethatsupportsvoicehintfunction.
Operateovertime(s):Setthedeviceoperationtimeout.
Operate OverTime:Setthedeviceoperationovertime,30s bydefault.
FPVersion: Select the fingerprint algorithm version (9.0 or 10.0). The two
versionsarenotcompatible.Pleasechooseitcarefully.
4.9UdiskSettings
Youcanusethesoftwaretosettheconfigurationfile andstoreinaUdisk.When
the U disk is plug into a device, it can execute operations such as Record
download,Userdownload,UploadusersandUpdatefirmware.

Ingeneral,youcanuseRS232,RS485,TCP/IP,andUSBtoexchangetheuser
dataandattendancerecordswithdevice.
If the communication method above is not available, you can use U disk to
download or upload the user information and fingerprint, or download the
attendancerecords.
5.1ImportUserData
1. Plug the U disk into the PC USB slot. Click [U Disk Management] in the
[Basic Options], and enter the U disk management interface. Like as follow
figure.
2.Click[ImportUserData].Thesystemwillprompt[SelectDevice]dialog.The
importeduserdataformatisdifferentaccordingtothedevicetype,soyouneed
selectthetypefirst.

3.Afterthat,click[OK]button, thesystemwillautomaticallysearchtheuserdata
andloaditintothesystemfromtheUdisk.Ifthereisanewuse,thedatawill
show in green color. In the list, the records with red color indicate that these
recordsdonotsynchronizationwiththedatainthesoftware.
l Add New User in Computer: Import the new user in buffer area to the
computer.
l Overwrite Computer Data: Import the selected user in buffer area to the
computer.
l DeletedatafromUdisk:DeleteuserdatafromUdisk.

userorpublic.WejustneedtosettheSMSinthesoftware,andthenuploadto

workloadandimprovetheworkefficiency.

The system supports to manage the SMS information, such as Add, Edit,
Refresh,Deletefunctions.
Add:AddanewSMS.Click[Add],thefollowinginterfaceappears:
PublicSMS: IndicatetheSMSforthepublictoview.TheSMSwillshowafterthe
devicestart,andappearalways.
User SMS: Indicate the SMS for the user to view it will appear after user
verification.

defectindeed aftervalidation,ourresponsibility is tochange good softwarefor
youastheonlycompensation.

Thewarrantydaysfortheexchangedsoftwarearetherestofthewarrantydays

this system, even if our companyis informed in advance that such things can

TERMINATION
Withoutprejudicetoanyotherrights, ourcompany mayterminatethisagreement
