Out Door Unit (ODU) will be supplied by the Company free of cost on the customer opting to avail its DTH Services. ODU shall always remain
the sole property of the Company. Company shall have the right to repossess the ODU on the customer discontinuing subscription of its DTH
Services.
Ownership of STB will vest with Company till the realization of the last installment payable by the customer.
No transfer and / or shifting allowed without prior written permission of the Company during hirepurchase period.
Any transfer / relocation done by the Company will be on chargeable basis as per Company policy.

On discontinuation of the HP scheme by the Customer, no refund will be given by the Company .
