Harihar updates White House regarding Federal

RICO/Foreclosure Case; Request made to present the FCS
model to President Obama
Boston, MA January 8, 2015 An email communication has been sent to the direct
attention of Valerie Jarrett (Senior Advisor to President Obama) by Mohan A. Harihar,
Plaintiff in the Foreclosure/RICO case currently proceeding in the US District Court,
Boston, MA (Docket No:15cv11880, Harihar vs. US Bank, et al). Harihar is currently
awaiting the assignment of a Special Prosecutor by the DOJ/OIG.*
Harihar has been regularly updating the White House, the President, and the Public in this
matter, via social media exposing the growing trail of civil/criminal misconduct along the
way. The recent email to Senior Advisor Jarrett, in addition to the legal update, is an official
request to present the Harihar FCS model to the EOP.** The FCS model was already
forwarded to the EOP, for review and presentation, at the specific request of Vice President
Joe Biden, a few years ago, during President Obama's re-election campaign. Unfortunately,
a date for presentation to the EOP was never finalized. Historically, the FCS Model has been
additionally presented to/reviewed by the following parties:
1. Deputy Chief Counsel, Gail Laster (Former) - House Financial Services Committee.
2. Bruno Freitas - Senior Economic Advisor to US Senator Elizabeth Warren (MA).
3. Chairman Larry Rasky - Rasky/Baerlain Strategic Communications.
4. The Congressional Office of Congresswoman Nikki Tsongas (MA).
5. Senior Policy Advisors to MA Attorney General, Martha Coakley (Former).
No one has found flaw with the framework of this Economic model, which effectively
implemented, will deliver trillions in economic growth to the US, and without the need for ANY
new legislation, or even 1 US tax dollar to implement.
