RELEASE: ABRUZZO ANNOUNCES RE-ELECTION CAMPAIGN,
MAJOR ENDORSEMENTS FOR HIS CAMPAIGN
As he announced his re-election campaign in SD29, Abruzzo received overwhelming support
from Palm Beach County and Broward elected officials and community leaders
Wellington, Fla.- Senator Joseph Abruzzo (D-Wellington) today announced his re-election
campaign in State Senate District 29.
Senator Joseph Abruzzo has represented a majority of the newly drawn State Senate District 29
in his previously represented State Senate and State House Districts. In Senate District 29,
Senator Abruzzo is more electable, will be more effective and is the candidate with the most
endorsements.
I am committed to the residents of State Senate District 29 and have proven to be an effective
leader who gets things done for our community. Throughout my years of public service, I have
represented a majority of District 29 and have a firm grasp of the issues. When it comes to
protecting seniors, looking out for our veterans and championing education initiatives, we
already have a record of accomplishments for the district, State Senator Joseph Abruzzo stated.
State Senator Joseph Abruzzo serves in leadership positions in the Legislature and serves on
multiple committees that impact Floridas families. He is the current Chair of the Joint Legislative
Auditing Committee, Vice Chair of the Finance and Tax Committee and the Minority Whip in the
State Senate. State Senator Joseph Abruzzos record of results in Senate District 29 are a
testament to his commitment to public service, leadership experience in the state and his focus
on the issues facing Floridas families.
In announcing his re-election, Sen. Abruzzo received an overwhelming number of endorsements
and support from elected officials and community leaders from across Palm Beach and Broward
counties.
