Co-founded Strategic Development Partners, LLC (SDP), a comprehensive commercial real estate development company
focused on underserved areas in the Gulf South, and its finance affiliate ValueSpark Capital.

Establish strategic partnerships to enable SDP to execute large, complex development projects.

New Orleans Redevelopment Authority, New Orleans, LA

Appointed by the Mayor of New Orleans to rebuild the citys redevelopment authority after Hurricane Katrina. Created a
new vision for the authority, restructured it and recruited professional staff from around the country. Established strategic
partnerships with key national philanthropies and nonprofits to help fund New Orleans recovery.

Negotiated Cooperative Endeavor Agreements with the City of New Orleans in order to access critical
community development block grant funding.
Established a revolving line of credit utilized to obtain site control of strategic assets.

Established a highly effective system of internal controls to monitor the Authoritys recovery funds.

Led the transformation of Hibernia Corporations Investment Banking subsidiary from an energy-focused equity boutique
to a diversified regional Investment Banking powerhouse. Successfully refocused the firm on raising debt and equity capital
for public and private companies and managing their interest rate risk using derivatives.

Increased revenue by 75% and direct net income by over 200% over a four-year period.
Expanded the firms capacity to include Initial Public Offerings and Public and Private Debt issues.
Restructured the Financial Operations and Compliance Departments to improve internal controls.
Served as Chairman of the Board of Hibernia Southcoast Capital from 2002-2004.

Key member of the 15-person multi-disciplinary conversion team that merged Southcoast Capital LLC into
