Having benefited from the MNNIT ALLAHABAD, I have gained sufficient knowledge in
the field of wind energy converter system which is simulated in MATLAB and designed in
experimental setup to validate the simulate work. I have proposed the design of AC-AC
converter system for wind energy system and the same have received acceptance from SCI
indexed journals. In this context, I will definitely consider submitting a project to DST or
any other agency in the area of small domestic wind AC-AC converter for generating AC
supply to fulfill the deficiency of energy in place of 3 phase-productions. I shall look for
collecting more accurate data from MNRE department, for getting the robustness of my
project. I shall also strive to work hard and implementation of the accurate wind
generating model
After gaining some experience, I shall definitely be in a position to open myself in other
related areas of wind energy and will be able to come up with fresh ideas and topics on
which I shall aim to guide M.Tech dissertations. Being trained on the fundamentals and
always made to remember the Publish or Perish axiom I would consider working in a
stimulating and research focused platform in near future.
The subjects I have studied and taught in my early years in academia, like Circuit analysis,
power electronics and Controller design for converter and electrical machine design have
always been close to my heart. Although, I am directly involved in only research from last
approximately four years as a regular PhD student under MHRD Assistantship at Power
Electronics Lab in MNNIT Allahabad , but still I feel I will be able teach these subjects
effectively.
Teaching power electronics and circuit analysis will be a lot more fun as I have been
studying these subjects during my research work for Ph.D. It will be my endeavor to strike
a balance between teaching and research and gradually excel in the field of academia.
