Womens involvement is going to increase in workplace areas day by day.

Developed countries
promoted this trend and created new grown opportunities especially for those women who have
children. Economies converted into industrialized segments that women taking great part in
political, service and profit sectors. In different countries and culture, the advancement phase of
women development is slow. But most of the studies examined that women works hard and also
invested to getting higher education on the universities level. This career preparation increased
the number of women as compare to men. Women are entering in the working areas with men,
with similar expectations and qualification but the path of their career going to separate. Because
there huge difference between the salary of both of them. It also observed that women worked
hard and pays great attention to getting experience for advancement but still they fall. Studies
show that it consider to necessary to determine the half-time jobs for women as well as full-time
jobs. In 2009, womens full-time jobs faced a big loss as compare to men.
Organizations are most entrusted to use the talent and knowledge abilities of women. They offer
same level of jobs, benefits, salaries and luxurious packages to male and female. Women work
with men on managerial level and also mutual participation in decision making process. In japan,
womens involvement is less than 10% as compare to UK and this is hardly a big loss of talent
and creation. Only single valid solution for japan to explore the talent of women and also hired
the highly qualified women on senior levels.
According to US study, there is large number of women in workplace area and get more salary
from their husbands as they have children too. Women talent and job experience put a great
positive impact on men, families, children and communities as a whole. Kids also want that their
parents both male\female works for them. There is a fact that this sort of family systems share
responsibilities, reduce job stress, lower work load and demands of the jobs.
It is truly clear that women become a force who influence the economic term in purchasing and
power. They have a great strong level of senior executives and play key role in decision making
in the organizations. Women are also participated in corporate board of members. There are a lot
of benefits for the organizations having number of women in top level. Included increased profit,
overcome the financial downturns, social and hygiene policies, aligned high work quality and
life, and team work and participative decision making. On the other hand, women also face a lot
of difficulties within the organization. Sometimes they are not going to proper fit in the
organization culture.
There are some differences and similarities among various countries:
All countries have paid women in workplace but turkey and china increased.
In education sectors, most women entered in business education such as law,
management and accounting. According to US and New Zealand study, more women are
entering to getting higher education rather than men. Women go to social sciences and
languages and men go to engineering and technology.

Also there are huge % of women than men in universities in different countries such as
Australia, France & Canada. Also white women dominate the managerial positions.
Increased the number of women in management and professional jobs were fairly
determined in Argentina. China has lower 16% of women participation in managerial
level as compare to Canada and Australia but the highest % of UK which is 30%.
Also women are mangers in minority groups like one parent women, lesbian, bisexual,
disable and black women, various religious dominations 7 so on.
Women business and entrepreneurial activities almost in every country but the growth
rate was slow in Argentina and least low in turkey & Israel.
Women ventures of small business least low in employee size & dollar volume even
offered long working hours.
There are number of countries that support the women in governments units and nongovernment units such as US, UK and Canada. They support the women in advancement
phases.
There were few strong signs that implicate the women involvement in workforce such as more
women are handling the senior level jobs, more women getting higher education & experience to
equip themselves. There are a great role of academic researchers and communities to gather the
information about the status of women. Communicate the employee talent, must provide
information about the willingness of organizations and also support the development of womens
career. There is need to determine some sort of guidelines for women if they enter in the
organization after some time.
