The Impact of Training Upon Employee Development


and Organizational Productivity in Yemeni
Oil and Gas companies

Introduction
Dear participant,
As part of undergraduate program, I am currently undertaking a Bachelor
degree of Business Administration in International Business, and completing a research
at International University of Technology Twintech. In order to achieve this objective, I
intend to administer a written survey instrument and you are invited to
participate in this study.
Purpose
The main purpose of this survey is to examine the relationship
between on job training, training design, delivery style and
organizational productivity. In particular, I am interested to know how
on job training, training design, delivery style and organizational
productivity Yemeni oil and gas companies. The findings of this study
will reduce role conflicts and avoid stress to managers. It will
encourage productivity in the organization and easy task analysis.
The study will help many industrial organizations to know what type
of training style will suit then end help them to manage the
organization effectiveness.
Instructions to perform this survey
1. The questionnaire is divided into four sections,
a. General information of the participant.
b. The measurement scale of organizational productivity.
c. The measurement scale of on job training.
d. The measurement scale of training design.
e. The measurement scale of delivery style.
2. Confidentiality: I assure you that your response to the
questionnaire is to be kept strictly confidential and will only use
for academic purpose.
3. Procedures: To obtain sufficient and meaningful information, it is
important to respond to each question as honestly and accurately as you can.
4. Please complete answering the survey questions within 7 days.
5. Risks: Completion of this questionnaire carries no known or
foreseeable risks, and your participation is completely voluntary.
