This notice of intent to testify is submitted pursuant to Title 15 of the Commerce and Foreign
Trade part 2007 (15 CFR part 2007) and pursuant to Generalized System of Preferences
(GSP): Notice of Acceptance of a Country Practices Petition on Thailand ; Notice of Schedule
for Public Comments and a Hearing on Certain Country Practice Reviews, published by the
U.S. Trade Representative ("USTR") in the Federal Register on Wednesday, November 25,
2015, (Vol. 80 , No. 227).
As required by the Federal Register Notice of November 25, 2015, we are submitting our
Request to Testify at the January 14-15, 2016, public hearing to www.regulations.gov.
