Feedbacks are taken on a monthly basis from the employees as well as their customers.

The products of the company developed in there company itself, outsourcing is less.

Products are manufacture in the company and sold to different clients. Advertisements

SUGGESTIONS

Better working environment the working environment is an essential part in any case.
The employees should be allotted some time to relax as their work is very critical and

sensitive.
Meeting customers expectations, customer plays a major part and their expectation
should be met.

Strengthening the infrastructure and facilities should be at the top of the chart.
Should have more strong sales team which can explore new geographic areas
Hire strong and talented resources
Annual medical check-up for all employees.
Improve security measures by using electronic at all gates.

CONCLUSION
The study conducted at Jaya Hume Pipes (P) Ltd. helped me in getting a wider
outlook about the business environment and managing an organization.
It was a general study regarding all functions and aspects of Jaya Hume Pipes (P) Ltd.
The company has five functional departments through which it was operating. It is
found that company has good working environment and coordinal relationship is
maintained between all departments for the smooth functioning and achievement of the
organization goal of maintain the companys brand image among the customers. The
SWOT analysis is done to analyze the strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats of
the company.
Jaya Hume Pipes (P) Ltd. Made use of most advanced technology and up to date
knowledge. All the products are of ISO standard. The company is planning to attain
markets all over the world. The research and development team of Jaya Hume Pipes (P)
Ltd is engrossed in developing new product for the international markets. This has
helped them to gain valuable insight that prompt the group to search alternative ways
for developing better products in a cost effective manner.
