I am passionate to set out a challenging career in marketing and sales. I wish to work in a dynamic, fast paced and creative
environment. Being a confident, people oriented and a creative person, I strongly wish to channelize these qualities in this sector. I
love working with clients and enjoyed the same in my previous job as well. I am sure that Avocado Booking is going to provide me an

With my experience at Previous companys name, I acquired many problem solving skills and administered them in consulting 20 tier
2 and 4 tier 1 suppliers of Suzuki. In my short span of 1.5 years of experience, I lead from the front 2 successful projects at clients end
using many tools such as lean, quality circle, six sigma. The projects included both rigorous data analysis along with the traits of
working exceedingly well with clients team members across different functions and generating the spirit of team work. This has
played an instrumental role in honing my abilities to take leadership roles at my clients end despite being a young consultant,
developing enthusiasm in the clients and their employees, getting involved in their work, culture and identifying their tiniest need as a
consultant. I worked together on many problems with my customers by helping them identify their needs not only to be able to survive
in the harsh competition, but also to benchmark themselves. I sold myself very well as a consultant, despite the myth of young
consultants not being easily accepted in Indian industry.
I developed trust and confidence in my clients with my work. As a result, I took the initiative to craft and launch on site trainings on
soft skills and personality development, which was very well accepted, produced exceptional vendor signup records and excellent

fruitful as well. I generated excellent referrals and produced many vendor signups. My task was to expand and market the productin
ways similar to what this profile desires. I carved out many innovative methods like, City wide Treasure Hunt to capture the audience
and building customers in person. In both my experiences, I believed in continual improvement by taking constant feedback from the
customer which I believe is the fulcrum of any consultant-client or business provider-client relationship. Being an energetic and
enthusiastic person, I worked on field throughout my previous job with my clients and conducted different audits with my mentors, in
which I have gained internal auditor certifications within 1.5 years.
During university, after realising most of my classmates not being able to get through group discussions in campus recruitments, I took
the initiative to hold mock group discussion sessions for my classmates, which served very useful. I devised a program for college
students, and have been mentoring and coaching many of them across New Delhi, which I strongly aim to expand to Munich as well.
My passion for spreading my ideas for the youth likewise, took me to recently start my YouTube channel. I did not hesitate to welcome
criticism and have only improved from my very first video. My eagerness to be better, in both learning and delivering, drives me to
excel in whatever task I take up. Heres an example of my latest video, give the link.
My zeal for volunteering drove me to lead Society of Automotive Engineers NIS AWIM India project from 2011 to 2014, by
coaching, training and mentoring 40 professionals, 100 university students and 50 schools every year in 6 cities for the national and
international event of SAE. Personally dedicating time to students and encouraging an eye for detail in them, I have helped New Delhi
achieve its fame to the internationals all four times. I managed and organised around 6 SAE events every year. Preparing students for
this project I made sure they adapt to the Indian scenario, which had to be cleared first, without loosing sight of the internationals, and
preparing simultaneously for the Gala round. Seeing myself grow from a member to an organiser, a volunteer to a leader enthuses
confidence in me. I was also at the helm of organizing my college annual fest XEBEC 2012, as Event Management Head, and was
the single point of contact between team and the rest. Steer heading a team of 8 girls for the national event Efficycle in 2012, my
team vividly outperformed previous years set standards and did very well at the nationals. I successfully marketed my project and
obtained sponsorship both the years for my team. Encouraging team spirit, camaraderie and esprit, I vividly expressed appreciation
from time to time for the efforts put in by my team and encouraged open communication for more ideas to flow in. I could relate all
these experiences where I have been at the helm, as experiences where I valued people, integrity and human relations and got best
performance as a team with everyones best individuals efforts put in.
I am continuing German language course and aim to be fluent in German soon. I am confident that my professional and
entrepreneurial experiences, global background, education and interpersonal skills have prepared me to be a successful Media
Marketing Manager for your highly esteemed company.
