FOREWORD

All QMS and non-project specific procedures will be available for review upon request, at any Oceaneering site. Oceaneering
reserves the right to revise these documents without prior notice. All other project specific procedures can only be implemented
upon revision, after prior approval by GE and ENI, as laid out in section 1 of this ITP. Oceaneering will record all quality related
incidents through its non-conformance and concession procedure. All such non-conformities, request for deviation to technical
specifications and technical queries arising from the works shall be processed in accordance with section 9 of GE project
supplier Quality Requirements document ALD-20100-00-419.

Verification documents will be endorsed by the Oceaneering Quality Department.

Oceaneering defined inspection code definitions:

Approval required (Documents are submitted to client for approval and required customer endorsement)

Review (These records shall be made available to client or their representative upon request)

Monitor Activity (Activities that will process as scheduled, without advance notification)

Witness Point (Client notification is required prior to the start of the operation, but if not in attendance, work may
proceed). 5 working days notice.

Oceaneering shall package completed HFLs in the original crate

received in. Oceaneering shall maintain the crate, such repair any
damage regardless of cause. Crate shall be marked with Oceaneering &
Company PN and SN.
Marking will be required for parts that have protection to critical surfaces,
such as caps on the couplers. Mark with text REMOVE PRIOR TO
INSTALLATION.
