Develop and execute plans to successfully achieve my sales growth goals for the District.
Currently improved top line sales to 10%% and bottom line profit to 10.5% for the past 3 years.
Providing hands-on direction to ensure the District is being accountable and driving to meet
company expectations.
Play an active role in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new Agents and CSR to help expand
diversification for the team in the correct locations. All open positions were filled within 30 days
of job postings. Work with our sales training group to ensure all new hires have been successful
processed through the 6 week training program and certified either with a 440 or 220 license.
This reduced turn over by 50% and reduced customer complaints to less than 3 per month. I as
well train District Mangers for the company to help ensure the growth and success of the upper
management for the company.
Communicate, coach and develop our Agents into being successful marketing managers that are
able to build relationships with local business that can help refer new business to the offices.
Developed marketing binders for ease of follow up with those local businesses after initial
contact has been made. This help generate the highest producing District in the company to
have a 10% increase on the bottom line. Currently the top producing District in the company on
Dealership business 20.8%.
Review sales performance on daily, weekly and monthly basis to communicate those results to
the offices. This as well helped plan for the quarterly performance reviews that needed to be
performed on every sales associate and to help identify an action plan to help improve on any
area not meeting the KPI set goals.

Initiated P&L training not only for Store Managers but the newly-assigned position of Assistant
Managers which contributed to 5% increases in store profit margin.
Executed improved interviews by implementing minimum of 2 interviews per candidate which
yielded more diversification in employees and knowledge reducing turnover by more than 25%
within the first year.
Instituted multiple changes positively within the organization with several CEO transitions to
mitigate sales disruption while increasing productivity in sales but profit.
Presented and promoted all new product roll outs well ahead of schedule to help presales and
launch dates ahead all projected results.

Regional Director of Operations
Managed 17 stores from Central FL to South FL with more than 200 employees and outside sales reps
that generated over $25M is sales revenue. Evaluated financials, staffing needs, overall operations, as
well as sales to ensure the Region was on track to make or beat their targets. Launched the introduction
of retail store concept into the wholesale world to help become an industry leader with the competitive
market.
Contracted more than 100 new accounts with a large success adding Drive Time and Car Max to
our mix enabling the Region to grow our business by 8% year over year in a very short amount
of time.
Remodeled 10 of the 17 stores to the new retail store lay out which enabled those stores to
increase their customer count by 10% with new business never before seen at CARQUEST.

District Manager
Managed 23 offices that staffed 200+ tax professionals and 23 office managers which produced $15M in
revenue, an increase of 2% comp sales and a 15% comp in returns. Performed all Real Estate reviews to
Spearheaded 9 special project developments TEAM to improve the overall operations and
customer service of our Tax Offices with the Regional Manager approval.
Improved recruiting to increase office employee diversification to meet community needs
leading to record tax returns produced for all 3 years.
Promoted and trained better office leaders to grow their business by utilizing better customer
service techniques and phone skills. Reduced customer complaints by 10%.
Arranged for all employees to get 3 to 4 weeks of training prior to being placed on the counter
to wait on customers enabling every store to provide better customer service reducing
complaints and returns up to 30%.
Contributed to all of the acquisitions by being sent with a clean-up and training crew to each
area over a 10 year span to train, remodel, and staff for a smooth transition from prior company
to ours. This protected our investment in all areas and we hit the ground running on the Grand
openings.
Educated entire TEAMS on new systems to increase productivity by 50% or more.
Promoted 15 or more managers to new positions or higher level position during the 8 years of
being a DM.
