Greetings!
With our comeback in the Sinulog Festival just a matter of days away, we would like to eliminate
any other concerns that might prevent our dancers from performing at a maximum level. We are
aware that one of these concerns is how their participation in this event might affect their
standing in class, especially as their rehearsals and competition will be coinciding with the
schedules of the midterm exams and other curricular obligations.
As stipulated in our mutually-agreed Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) and in the hope that
they will be able to perform outstandingly and free of any worries, we would like to request that
the students enrolled in your school, who are part of the Tribu Katbalaugan Contingent, be
excused starting January 11 to 21, 2016 so that they can focus on preparing for their imminent
trip to Cebu City and the competition itself. Attached is the list of said students for your guidance
in this matter.
We hope that through this consideration, we will be able to smoothen out the path for our dancers
so that they will be even more motivated to represent our city.
