JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Representing Support Team on CAB meetings.
Liasing with Business Analysts and PoCs of other teams while onboarding new
feeds
Reviewing the code deployment or migration plan.
Attending Daily status calls with Client Team and Onsite Co-ordinator.
Executing deployment plans and getting sign offs from client Raising cases with
vendor (Informatica Mysupport).
Monitoring the Daily Loads , Updating the SLA dashboard.
Preparing and Publishing Daily and Weekly Job Status and Completion Report.
Supporting Dry run and providing and L2 level support.
Outage Handling.
Resolving user queries that are escalated to L2 Team which involves debugging
of code ( Workflows, shell scripts , perl scripts and stored procedures).
Joining and updating bridge (MIH) in case of major incident and Priority -1
issues and updating the business on timely manner.
Raising Change Requests and taking approvals from various stake holders.
