At the time of inspection observed that dry pressurized standpipe


system pressurized from the cellar to the 58 floor at 24 psi ( AM
Inspection)and 25 psi ( PM Inspection ) painted Red and all hose
connections capped, FDNY connections and manuel air release valve in
good condition on all three side of property,red light installed at all
FDNY connection, with FDNY reguired signage posted unless noted
below.

Hydrostatic test

All approved OP-98 Available on file for throughout the building.

At the time of inspection observed that all hydrant were free and
clear of obstruction.

At time of inspection observed Staircase E from cellar to 3rd


floorwith proper handrails,Stair D from cellar to ground floor with
proper handrails,Stair A from cellar to 58 Floor and Stair B from
cellar to 59 Floor with all Handrails are in place.

At time of inspection observed that Control valve secured were


needed on floors 7, 17, 27, 36, 46, and 56 stairs A and B.

Core hallways need fire extinguishers to be installed at 2

that proper fire watch protocol used.

valve boxed into the wall with sheetrock and metal stud,
stanspipe unaccessable for fire Dept access.
