Job Description Job Summary: The Spclst-Data proofs, enters and extracts data using
department-specific applications. Responsibilities: * Prioritizes, corrects and batches data in
order to locate missing information in preparation for entry. * Enters information from a variety of
sources into computer database(s). Verifies data entered into computer by checking
printouts/reports for errors and correcting as required. * Extracts information out of clinical
and/or non-clinical databases. * Prepares reports, presentations and other documents as
instructed.
Qualifications Licenses/Certifications/Registration: * Minimum Qualification: None. Education: *
Minimum Qualification: High School diploma or equivalent by hire date to position Work
Experience: * Preferred Qualification: Experience entering data using both 10 Key and Alpha
Numeric keyboards.

incoming calls and to communicate codes, alerts, drills and other announcements.
Responsibilities: * Receives and relays internal and external calls and provides general
information according to protocol. * Maintains desk directories, on-call list, reference guides and
other associated reference materials. * Operates beeper and paging system to contact
personnel and code team. * Communicates codes, alerts, drills and other announcements
according to established policies and protocols, including disaster management plans.
Qualifications Education: * Preferred Qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent by hire

Job Description Job Summary: The Technician-Emergency Medcl-EMT under the direct
supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Physician provides direct care to patients in the
Emergency Department. Responsibilities: * Performs urgent and emergent care procedures
including EKGs, wound care, vital sign monitoring, IV initiation and codes. * Monitors patient
condition and performs data collection. Communicates findings and patient condition to primary
Registered Nurse (RN). * Maintains accurate documentation in accordance with hospital policies
and procedures. * Assists with the mobilization, ambulation and transport of patients.
Qualifications Licenses/Certifications/Registration: * Minimum Qualification: Basic Life Support
(BLS) certification obtained within six months of hire date to position. * Minimum Qualification:
Emergency Medical Technician - Basic (EMT-B) certification obtained by hire date to position.
Education: * Minimum Qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent by hire date to position
Work Experience: * Minimum Qualification: One year of experience working in an Emergency
Medical Services (EMS) role
