OFFER FOR PROVISIONAL APPOINMENT


DEAR SIR,
With reference to your application and the subsequent interview you had with us, we are
pleased to absorb you as a junior Automation Engineer on probation with effect from 5th may
2010 on the following terms and conditions

.You will be on probation for a period of one year from the date of joining. The company reserves the
right to extend or curtail the period of your probation
You will report to the Manager-Admin and located at following address.

Terms of Appointment
1. Your salary will be on a pay scale of rs 10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand rupees only) and
after confirmation .you likely fitted to a pay scale in the due course with annual increment
and DA applicable.
2. Documents to be produced at the time of joining:
i)This copy of offer for appointment with declaration form
ii) Photocopy of the certificates /credentials/proof for date of birth/two copies of Stamp size
photo graph/relieving order or No Objection Certificate from previous employer (for
certificate and date of birth etc., originals shall be produced for verification and return).

3. Probation
You will be on probation for and governed by following terms.
i) Your probation will be for six months from joining date.
ii) Based on your performance rating, you are likely to be conformed at the discretion of the
management on the post.
iii) During probation period, you can be terminated without assigning any reason at
management discretion with one-month notice or in lieu one-month salary.
iv) Similarly you can also resign with one-month notice or in the lieu one-month salary
probation.
v) Above pay scale are subjected to revision from time to time as per growth of Business.
vi) After confirmation, you can be terminated from service at any time with three months pay
in lieu without assigning any reason by the management. However, generally such actions
will not be taken unless situation warrants as absolutely necessary.
vii) Similarly, if you decide to quit the job it can be accepted the management as per their
discretion, either giving three months notice or three months pay in lieu of, after
confirmation by you.
viii) You are liable to be posted to any of the offices or sites anywhere in India where you
may be required to work as directed from times to time.
ix)if you are not reporting for duty on the above date or no communication from you is
received till then.it will be deemed that you are not interested on this offer and automatically
this offers stands cancelled. The company has no binding on any loss or hardship what so
ever may be caused to you on this and no claim will be entertained in this regard.
x) You will be governed by the rules and regulations of the company that may be enforced
from time to time. However, some of the general rules observed by our company are
reproduced for your information.

(a)General:
You will be governed by general rules and regulations of the company, which may be
amended or modified from time to time.

(b)Hours of work:
You will observe the times and weekly holidays and leaves as applicable to your
department.
(c) Confidentiality
During the period of your employment, you will not make use of any information or
a secret or confidential character or divulge them to any person or persons expect in the
proper course of your duties. All inventions, improvements and discoveries made by you
either alone or with any persons, will become the sole property of the company.
(d)Private trade and Employment:
You are required to devote the whole of your attention and abilities exclusively to the
business of the company and shall in all respect obey and confirm to the regulations from
time to time issued by the company. Be engaged in any other employment or business
whatever, or accepted any other emoluments without previous consent will be treated under
code of miss-conduct.
(e) Conflict to interest:
You are requested to report to the company, if any member of your family or close
relatives is engaged in any other trade or have business with the company, which may have
conflict of interest.
