Glossary:

This glossary contains a list of words which show to display their definitions,
seeks to explore some of the terminology that exists as to what relates to conduct an
investigation or inquiry into during the course of a project.
A:
A.P.A (American Psychological Association)
The APA Standards are a set of standards created by the American Psychological
Association in order to unify the way to present written work internationally, specially
designed for graduation projects or any kind of research papers

B:
Beginning
The concept of principle is used when you want to mark the origin or the start
time of some situation or process. As with other terms, the word principle does not
reduce its application to a single context but there are several applications it receives.
The concept of principle, ethics, organized in good or bad behaviors or actions of
people and teach them the importance and character of universal maxims, they are also
known in this way, to guide the behaviors we observe for this does not contradict the
good social coexistence.

CANVAS
It is to put on a box canvas or nine essential elements companies and test these
elements to find a sustainable model in value to create a successful business, is part of the
methodology "Lean Startup" which together with the Minimum Viable Product get very
simple tools which may prove to be the most viable product or service for growing
businesses.
Capacity
It is the set of resources and skills that an individual to perform a specific task, ie
it can be also empowered to accommodate some certain things within a limited
framework in some way.
Challenge
Challenge is the action and effect of challenging a verb referring to compete,
challenge or provoke someone. A challenge may be, therefore, a competition where
rivalry is manifest. The challenge is positive; it is good that people are tested and face
each other to grow and progress in what they do. However, sometimes it is shown as a
negative because people do not understand the true meaning of this.
Competitions
It's called competition to the circumstances in which two entities are related to the
resources of a particular means trying to monopolize completely; in other words, a
competitive relationship between two creatures implies that each benefits from their skills

relative to each other. The term can also refer to the various skills that have to perform a
specific task.
Common sense
Is knowledge and shared by a community and considered prudent, logical or valid
beliefs. This is the natural ability to judge events and events reasonably.
Communication
Communication is an inherent relationship that living things remain when they are
in group phenomenon. Through communication, people or animals get information about
their environment and can share it with the rest. When humans communicate with each
other we are sharing issues, leading to their own situations are common with the other
and with which this has. Therefore, communication is an absolutely human and part of
the relationship of people in any sphere of life and activity time.
Conflict
The conflict defines the set of two or more scenarios that are exclusive: this
means that can not occur simultaneously. Therefore, when a conflict arises, a
confrontation, a fight, a fight or an argument, where one of the parties tries to impose to
the other occurs.
Conjuncture
The word refers to the series situation changing circumstances that contribute to
determining a specific situation. The situation involves a historical time that can be brief
or otherwise, take years, decades and even centuries. It said time is the total length of

understandable worth mentioning some examples of situations such as: economic,
revolutions, social crises, political, among others.
Crisis
A crisis is a sudden change or a role in the development of some event
modification, and this can be both physically and symbolically. Crisis is also a
complicated or shortage situation.
Criterion
The criterion is the judgment or discernment of a person, so you can say what
criteria is a subjective condition that allows realize a choice of what sustains a value
judgment.
Curiosity
It is understood by curiosity to act by which a person or animal is concern about a
phenomenon and seeks to meet through normally empirical experience, that is, acting
directly on it way. Curiosity always involves a very strong desire to access knowledge,
though that source of knowledge or the desire are not aware either (this especially in the
case of animals but not in exclusive mode). Curiosity can be understood as a dangerous
attitude if one does not measure the consequences of their advance on the knowledge.
However, in the case of humans it can easily lead to a person access to information,
knowledge and learning that otherwise would not have.

D:
Debt
It called debt obligations to a third party, either an individual or a mere legal
entity, whether of a monetary nature or even totally removed from the economic
perspective, ie, a moral debt.
Decision
The term decision is one that refers to the process of cognitive development by
which a person can choose the way they act and behave in different situations in life in
general. The decision always involves a process of developing a mental level that can be
influenced by various reasons, causes and specific circumstances. The fact that a decision
is, thereby, make a choice based on prior knowledge, feelings or feelings, prejudices or
ways of thinking much more complex than is assumed at first glance.
Developing
It is the process of evolution, growth and change an object, person or situation
under certain conditions. The development is the condition assessment always has a
positive connotation because it implies a growth or step stages or higher education. The
notion of development can then be used to refer both to people, situations or events of
varied type.
Doubt
A doubt is an uncertainty between two choices or two trials. This is a hesitation to
be experienced to an event, a story or a belief.

E:
Emergency
It is designated by the term emergency accident or occurrence that happens
absolutely unexpectedly. Meanwhile, according to the context in which it would use the
word emergency can refer various issues.
Ethics
Is a branch of philosophy devoted to moral issues. The word ethics comes from
the Latin Ethicus, and this ancient Greek (thicos) derived from ethos, meaning
"character" or "belonging to the character '.
Referred to the workplace, there is talk of ethics and collection may appear in the
codes of conduct governing an occupation. Ethics is part of what is known as normative
ethics and presents a series of principles and rules binding.
Evolution
It refers to the change of status, which gives rise to a new form of particular
object of study or analysis. It is important to underline that the "developments" are
gradual processes, changes that occur gradually and can be seen only through the passage
of time.
Executive skills
Management skills are essential to ensure the competitiveness of enterprises in the
new global economy tool. Each company must define the competencies deemed
necessary to develop its distinctive competence and fulfill its mission. Once defined

competencies, the company must design an evaluation system to detect these gaps and
development needs in their leadership.
Experience
It is designated with this term that form of knowledge or skill, which can come
from the observation of the experience of an event or anything else to happen and it is
plausible to leave a mark, because of their importance or significance.

F:
Feasibility
A project consists of various actions and ideas that interrelate and are carried out
in coordination with the aim of reaching a goal. Feasible, meanwhile, is something that is
susceptible of embodiment or realization.
Field of work
The different ways in which an activity occurs, the place where you can
implement all actions that determine the performance of work.

G:
Gantt chart
The Gantt chart is a tool used to plan and schedule tasks over a certain period of
time. Thanks to an easy and comfortable viewing of the actions to take, allows tracking
and monitoring the progress of each of the stages of a project. Graphically reproduces the

tasks, their duration and sequence in addition to the overall project schedule and the
expected completion date.
Gap
The word breakthrough is used to refer various issues that we review below. In its
most general and widespread use, a gap be any opening that appreciates this in a wall or
wall of a house or building and the case is to be used to account for this situation. There
are also expressions containing the word and are popularly used as breaching (allows to
express the opening of a new route) and stand in the gap (can be used to indicate that it is

Group

Defines everything that is not firm, therefore, the main feature of something when
it is inconsistent vulnerability or variables that may corrupt its operation.
It is a relative term, as a noun, depends on the surrounding environment, the
variables that affect it and senses that are applied in order to understand how it works.

Indicators
The word indicators is the plural of the term indicator. One indicator is, as just
what the name implies, an element that is used to indicate or point out something. An
indicator can be both concrete and abstract, a sign, a hunch, a feeling or an object or
element in real life.

Morality is a set of norms, values and beliefs and accepted in a society that serve
as role models and assessment to establish what is right or wrong.

Need
Need will be called those feelings of deprivation, characteristic of human beings
and which are closely linked to a desire to satisfy them. To cite a specific case in
furtherance of the scope of the concept, a need arises when there is no impulse control
that leads to that individual efforts are routed in a certain direction

Options
Are those things you can choose from a varied range of proposals. It can also be
understood as the right you have to make a profit under certain conditions or
circumstances.

P:
Periodic review
Periodic review refers to review a system of some kind, in a given time, thus
observing the behavior of the system, and if necessary, improve the functioning of a
system.
Planning
Step by which guidelines are established and defined strategies and alternative
courses of action are selected, depending on objectives.
Pre-feasibility
It requires a preliminary analysis to determine whether an idea to make it a viable
project. The concept is often used in business and commerce.Priority
Problem
Priority
The priority refers to the priority of something about something else, because in
time or in order. Who or what has priority is first compared with other people or things.

Problem
When we talk about problems, we are talking about elements that prevent the
effective or normal performance of the processes, situations and phenomena that
surround us. These problems can be generated accidentally or willfully altered by
external agents and resolution then it becomes important to restore the conditions existing
before normal.

Q:
Quality
Set of properties and characteristics of a product, process or service that bear on
its ability to satisfy stated or implied needs.
"The losses that a product or service infringes society from production to consumption or
use, fewer social losses, higher quality product or service" (G. Taguchi)
The latter approach has the advantage of including not only classic quality problems
(social losses due to variability) but the current (social lost harmful side effects, problems
of environmental friendliness, etc.)
Question
One question is the formulation, demand or request that a person, company or
institution to sue another in order to get an answer. The questions, as appropriate, and the
final intent of the questioner, may be structured and formulated in order to produce a well
direct and concise answer, for example, get nothing more than a yes or no on the part of
the person being questioned ; or so that the person under interrogation should explain in

more detail, such as how it was that agreed to the crime scene, which obviously require
and will require recapitulation or enumeration of a number of details to answer.

Stages
A stage is a defined period of time and always contrasted with an earlier time and
another later. You can talk about different types of stages and can be applied for example
to production stages, stages of life and many other meanings.
State of the art
Describe the most recent and current research on a specific topic that has been
made.

T:
Team
A team is a group of humans who come together and work together to achieve a
common goal. For this, the team maintains a certain organization to enable it achieve its
objectives.
tragedy
Tragedy is a play in which the characters are confronted by mysterious forces
working against them, inevitably causing destruction. These aspects made the term
"tragedy" is used beyond literature, mainly to account for undesirable situations and
produce pain.

U:
Urgency
Urgency refers to that which holds urgent nature or quality. Consider a situation
in which a family is going through a serious problem such as being lost in an area not
known and is perceived as dangerous. Urgency is urgent that need or lack of something
or someone. In this sense the need may be associated with something physical, for
example, have the urge to go to the bathroom. It is also said that urgency is what is
urgent. A clear example to understand this sense our work is when something unexpected
happens and it is of great importance and demand further intervention on our part to be
resolved soon.

V:
Values
The values are principles that allow us to guide our behavior according to realize
ourselves as people. They are fundamental beliefs that help us to prefer, appreciate and
choose some things rather than others, or behavior instead. They are also a source of
satisfaction and fulfillment.
