Dear Participant:
My name is Qudoos Zuhair. I am a student at Xian Jiaotong University in the School of
Management under the supervision of Assistant Professor: Luo Lei. You are invited to participate in a
research project entitled: Employee Engagement in the Hotel Industry of China. The purpose of this
survey is following.Study effects of Leadership perception, organizational policies, commitment and team
Support are found to positively impact employee engagement.

The key challenges of employee engagement


Examine the employee work engagement in the hotel industry of China but particularly
Xian due to time saving.
How to overcome hurdles in improving employee engagement (EE)

This study has been approved by Xian Jiaotong University Institutional Review Board.
The study survey, structured observation, interview etc. I have developed to ask you a few
Questions regarding Employee Engagement. It is my hope that this information can indicate
Potential benefits of research to participants or others. There are no identified risks
From participating in this research. The survey, observation, interview is confidential.
Participation in this research is completely voluntary and you may refuse to participate without
Consequence. The survey, observation, interview will take approximately 3 minutes to complete.
You will receive no compensation for participating in the research responses to the survey will only be
reported in aggregated form to protect the identity of respondents thesis. Neither the researcher nor the
University has a conflict of interest with the results. The data collected from this study will be kept in a
locked cabinet for three years. To insure safe and proper research procedures, auditors of the Xian
Jiaotong University Institutional Review Board and regulatory authority will be granted direct access to
the research data without violating the confidentiality of the participants.
