    stronglyfeelthatNorthKoreashoulddenuclearizetheircountrybecausenucleartechnologyis
    notallowedtoothercountries.

    WeastheUnitedStates,acountrywithmanyallies,havebeenpushingtowardsmaking
    NorthKorea,asovereignnation,denuclearizeitscountrytobetteritspeople.Foryearswehave
    triedandtriedagaintoforgeapeacetreatywithNorthKorea,whothreatensmultiplecountries
    eachdayandhastriedtousenucleartechnologyinsecrettodevelopweapons.Providedinthe

    theirfootsteps.NorthKoreaisbelievedtobepreparingfornucleartechnologytestaccordingto
    evidencecollected,andfrommissiletestdonebyNorthKorea'sleader,KimJongUn,alsothe
    UnitedStatesiscloselywatchingNorthKoreaforfurtheractivity(Starr)
    .TheUnitedStatesof
    America,alongwiththeUN,believethatNorthKoreacannotbetrustedwithnuclear
    technology,evenifitwouldactivelyadvancetheirsocietybecauseNorthKoreahasmisused
    powerinthepast.Shouldwe,theUnitedStates,asaSecurityCouncilmember,havetherightto
    decideNorthKorea'sfuture?

    WithNorthKoreacreatingmultipleissuesaroundnucleartechnologyeachday,the
    UnitedStatesissearchingforanimmediatesolutionthatisagreeduponandcanbenefit
    everyone.Foryearsalongdebatehasbeengoingonovertherightfornucleartechnologyfor
    everyone,orjusttheSecurityCouncil,andtheNorthKoreanshavebeenwantingtoadvance
    theircountrywithnucleartechnology.TheUnitedStatesbelievethataseriousdialoguebetween
    NorthandSouthKoreaisnecessarytoimproverelationsandcanhelptostopthenuclear
    programandhumanrightsabuseinNorthKorea(U.Srelations).Inorderforustoaccomplish
    thedenuclearizationofNorthKorea,astrongeconomicapproachisneeded,andtheproposalof
    anewpeacetreaty.AstheUnitedStates,wewanttostrengthentheresolutionssetuponNorth
    Korea,butwealsowanttosignapeacetreatythatwilldenuclearizetheNorth,provide
    humanitarianaidthroughtrade,andhelpNorthKoreaadvancewithoutnucleartechnologyto
    bettertheircivilization.TheUnitedStatesandNorthKoreahavehadalongtermissueoftrying

    tosolvethethreatsofNorthKorealaunchingnuclearweaponsatsurroundingcountiestostep
    towardthepossibilityofdenuclearizationinNorthKorea,(Davenport).Apeacetreatybetween
    NorthKoreaandtheUnitedStatesisaviablesolutiontotheissueofnucleartechnologyinthe
    handsofcountriesseparatefromtheUNsecurityCouncil.WhiletheUnitedStateswillsigna
    peacetreatywithNorthKorea,theotheroptionmaybetosendinmilitaryforce,butthismay
    forceNorthKoreatoretaliatewithequalforce.Whilefewoptionsareavailablewe,asthe
