Successfully served as a manager and key contributor to Master Schedulers, Materials Planners, PC&L Analyst, PC&L
inventory control specialist, Engineering Change Coordinators, Shipping & Receiving supervisors, Shipping & Receiving
clerks plus Cycle Count Specialist. The team investment also included the management and mentoring of 60 hourly
support team members daily, while supporting a manufacturing environment to 450 employees. Managed and
supervised activities within a central supply section including but not limited to processing, receiving, storage and
product distribution. Utilized logistical software and data systems in order to track, identify and regulated equipment,
supplies and logistical functions.
Supported the overall development of a comprehensive inventory flow of goods strategy that optimizes
inventory, logistics and supply management functions.
Successfully reported to all customers, including in house customers to be pro-active in resolving concerns and
continuous improvement through team support.
Provided monthly customer reporting to Cummins and Chrysler for material containing precious metals.
Monitored the substrate counts, 2000 supplied parts & conducted audits to ensure compliance of processes and
integrity.
Served as the Engineering Change Coordinator by interfacing with suppliers, conducting operational
management functions, resolving customers concerns, and coordinating engineering changes.
Served as the Master Scheduler and provided training for new schedulers and planners on FECT processes;
collaborated with finance to correct bills of materials and roll cost.
Significantly improved customer service standards by developing programs that would identify problematic
issues and effectively improve customer service operations.
