1 layer 8x4 round fondant cake
Height details: 2cake/2 styro
Bottom support 2 height styro is
needed to carry the weight of the cake
and prevent the cake from collapsing)
Flavor: chocolate amaretto with almonds
pound cake

White fondant cover;

diamond cuts on the side with white
dragees;
black pearl fondant as border of the
cake;
double/back-to-back capital K on top of
the cake-2 dimensional design in black
color;
18 styro standing on top, with
sparkling candles behind the numbers
for blowing; 18 will have edible
sparkling black color in its edges to
create two tones
KEANA name on the front side of the
cake-black color

Cupcakes
50 pieces 3oz cupcakes

Flavour: chocolate amaretto with

almonds pound cupcakes
Frosting: black and white (two tone)
boiled icing / marshmallow soft icing (tall
frosting)
With 50 pieces sparkling candles on each
cupcake;
Black and white little flowers on each
cupcake as accent (2pcs/cupcake)
Option here:
a. insert the sparkling candles in the
cupcakes OR
b. stick the sparkling candles on the
edge the cake board in between
cupcakes
(Bakers suggestion is b, so that we will
retain the beautiful shape of the frosting)

-52 sparkling candles (life is equivalent to 3 happy birthday songs. When blown,
they wont relight). 2 on 18 styro and 50 on cupcakes

Condition:
-both boiled icing and fondant can stand on room temperature/airconditioned room.
Do not place in refrigerator.
-Order is confirmed once deposit has been made. Deposit should be made between
Nov 3 to 5 and supplier will start preparing the needs of the order.
-Cancellation of Order two weeks before the event (between: Nov 6-15) and client
will get P2000 refund. Non-refundable P1500 is charged against blocking of the
date and initial preparation
-Cancellation of Order one week before or during the event (or after Nov 15), refund
is forfeited.
-Supplier reserves the right to cancel delivery due to serious weather conditions or
natural calamities, in which case, she will notify the client/coordinator 12 hours
before the main event.
