OUR SERVICES:
STATIC SECURITY DETAILS
For our clients who requires sentries for access controls either
personnel or vehicle. Our workforces have undergone training on
access control techniques employing manual and electronic body
searches. Documentation of entering and exiting visitors and
vehicles.
Inspection and documentation of access control
identification tags issued to the clients employee. Conduct vehicle
under chassis search using the mirror.
For clients who requires foot patrol of their establishment
and/or properties. A round the clock foot patrol thereby assuring that
there is no breach of security within the clients property and interest.

CONTINGENCY PLAN:
OBJECTIVE
To develop and maintain an orderly, efficient transition from
normal to emergency operation to safeguard life and company
properties and enable to maximize the profitability of the client
during contingencies.
ASSUMPTIONS
STRIKE
A strike can be staged legally anytime to paralyze the
operation of the client to air their grievances and it
may last for week or a month.
Picketers will prevent the ingress of personnel and
company vehicles especially those who are carrying
food supplies.
Route trucks will temporarily house in contacted
depots.
BOMB THREAT
Bomb Threat can be relayed through telephone,
written or without notice to destroy company
property or even kill them.
ROBBERY/ HOLD-UP
Clients office in particular is the prime target of
criminal elements. Robbery/ Hold-uppers victimizing
bank and armored cars shifted their operations to
offices with cash especially payroll and sales money.
FIRE
Fire might break out anytime, this can cause
personnel to confuse and panic, which would result to
loss of life and company property.
CONCEPT OF OPERATION
STRIKE
Client security will provide suitable security measure during strike,
selected guard personnel will man the gate/ entrance and prevent
through lawful means the occurrence of incidents that may lead to
serious violence. The interior of the Client premises will be secured
through the employment of fixed guard post and patrols.
GATE/ ENTRANCE
Secure the gate and allow no strikes to enter the
compound without prior approval of competent authority.
Watch the activities of picketers and report any usual
incidents.
Identify the picketers at the gate/entrance, including the
perimeter outside the area specially the violent one.
Take note of the inscriptions on placards carried by the
picketers.
Seek the assistance of the policeman on duty when strikers
start breaking peace and order and make violent actions,
such as inflicting physical injury to non-striking employees
and destroy company property.
Prepare to act as witness in court on any case of violence
committed by strikers and other person during strike.
INTERIOR GUARD
Conduct continuous patrolling of assigned reas and
prevent acts of sabotage by symphatizers of strikers.
Protect power and water supplies and give priority
attention to critical areas.
Perfrom normal security function.
Coordinate with local management for food provision to
sustain security operation for a minimum of 15 days.
Maintain flexibility and mobility at all times and performs
order/ normal security function.
BOMB THREAT
Bomb that may be received through the telephone or written.
Through telephone, the earlier normally states the message briefly
and then hang-up. If telephonethreat is received , try to obtain
detailed information from the caller on the following:
ROBBERY/ HOLD-UP
In case of assault or harassment at the main gate, the Security
Officer and guards on duty at the gate will hold them until arrival of
reinforcement.
The Security Officer will sound the alarm or pre-arranged signal to
see to it that the main door to the tellers/ cashier is closed and
bolted and the doors of other sensitive areas.
At the sound of the alarm, the guard at the premises will
immediately inform the client of the contingency and as
reinforcement. Other guards within the distance will also
reinforce.
Clients guard will ensure that the doors leading to the offices are
closed and bolted and advise the assigned personnel to close and
lock these entrances.
INSTRUCTIONS
If the intruders are detected, sound the alarm/ signal and
inform the Security Officer and advise to call assitance
directly to the nearest police station or control center.
If robbery hold-up were consummated, immediately notify
the police.
Write all information; do not trust your memory.
Office work shall be stopped and advice employees to
keep calm and stay on their respective office.
Hold the witness and secure scene of the crime and
preserve all evidence.
The guard personnel to the media men will release no
information.
FIRE
All guard personnel who discover the incident stage of fire will
immediately extinguish the fire using available firefighting
equipment.
Should the fire is beyond control, sound the alarm and call the
assistance of Fire and Police Departments.
GATE / PEDESTRIAN GUARD
Open the main gate to permit fast and orderly arrival of
fire trucks.
Control spectators, intruders and others not involved in
firefighting.
Provide immediate first aid for injured persons.
Erma in at your post to perform security function until
immediate evacuation becomes necessary.
INTERIOR GUARD
At the sound of the alarm, remain post and keep the close
watch over their personnel and their activities because
without knowing it the persons manning the area might by
scavengers/ looters who were able to penetrate the
compound.
Identify all personnel who are present in their respective
area during after the fire.
Vault should be closed and locked while doors should be
closed and unlocked.
Conduct continuous patrolling of your assigned post/ area
to prevent/ minimize the possible company classified
information.
COORDINATING INSTRUCTIONS
Maintain perimeter security of the compound against
possible malicious mischief by outsiders.
Allow no employees in the fire area except those involved
in fire fighting.
Assist in the evacuation of employees, trapped individual
or casualties in your respective area.
Direct evacuees to designated safe area and/or to a first
aid station when necessary.
